Been here today for a meal with my husband, it was our first pub outing since lockdown lifted. Can't fault this place. Food was amazing and staff were lovely aswell as efficient. The set up regarding covid safety is well done. The only negative point I can mention is the British weather, can't wait to go back on a sunnier day and enjoy the gorgeous outdoors

We booked a table for 4 at lunchtime. When we arrived it was busy inside and out but social distancing was well observed. Our table was ready and had a notice on it that it had been cleaned. The menu was varied, we all opted for different meals. They arrived quite quickly and were well presented and plentiful. More importantly they were well cooked and tasty. The staff were nice, friendly and polite. We had the Government discount applied to the bill. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. 😊

As we are in the midst of the Coronavirus lockdown, it was great to see that this establishment was providing delivered and collection Sunday Roasts. You didn’t need to ask this household twice! We had one of each, Beef, Pork and Childs Turkey. The food was collected and everything was great. Large portions Great veg Load of meat Just like we were dining in a pub on a Sunday afternoon. Additional bonus portion of cheesecake, as we collected the order. Top marks, great food.

Myself and my husband came with family lunchtime New Years Eve, lovely pub in a beautiful little village, Food was fantastic but the portions are MASSIVE!! My daughter couldn’t finish all her ciabatta however the one gripe with that was the bread was rock hard, and we had a long wait however to be fair they did inform us of these when we ordered which was good. Also, I hope the guy that came out of the kitchen wasn’t the chef - he looked filthy!!! :-(
