The LIme Tree Resort is a lovely small hotel in a very quiet stretch of the Overseas Highway in the Florida Keys. The Hotel is a bit of a throw back in time without al lot of adorement. I noticed many of the other guests were older and had been there before. The rooms were fairly simple and the grounds...

The Hubster and I decided to celebrate Valentines Day in Key West and drive there. Long Key is close to being in the middle of the Keys and seemed like the perfect place to stay. Lime Tree Bay Resort has several options from rooms to 3 bedroom/3bath townhouses. We stayed in Unit 6 in the townhomes which is across the...

Thank you for your review and we are glad you enjoyed your stay in our 3 bedroom units!!! The traffic can be busy during the day but usually at night it is light traffic. We would agree that a hotel room in Key West, which are very expensive, do not compare to a 3 bdrm Townhome on the water with...

We thoroughly enjoyed spending our wedding anniversary weekend here. We booked a room with King bed were upgraded to a room with a little kitchen and gorgeous view of gulf when we arrived. They graciously had a bottle of Chardonnay on ice in the room for our anniversary when we got to room. Loved both the women at the desk...

Thank you for your review and we do agree that our location is ideal for relaxing and what ever you need is a short drive north or south. We are only a 2 hour drive to key West so many of our guests drive down for the day, spend a few hours in the craziness of Key West and then...

Lovely little area. No beach whatsoever...and wouldn't swim in the area if there was. The pool was absolutely freezing, and I'm used to cold water. The rooms themselves were cozy, nice view of ocean and sunsets. Beds comfortable. The kitchenettes were convenient, but wash items before you use them....most of our pots and pans were dirty. You have to drive...

Thank you for your Review and as much of the Florida Keys is made up of Coral rock, there are few Beaches like one would find in Miami and the few that exist are man made. We try and offer a sandy beach area with a beautiful setting for guests to enjoy and the majority of our guests are thrilled...

We booked our room weeks in advance. When we got there we were told they dont guarantee a king size bed even though thats what we booked. The air/heat wall unit did not work. They had to bring us a floor model. The water pressure in the shower was next to nothing and the water would not shut off all...

But the room was much better then what we were expecting. Very clean great comfortable bed. Had a stocked kitchen for some minor cooking which was fine for us. If...

Stayed 14 days here. We wer looking for a laid-back place to do absolutely nothing. Lime Tree is clean, the staff is very attentive, and we had a wonderful experience.
