Just stayed here for a week with my partner and I must admit, the bad reviews on here really worried me. We arrived and we're happy to see a nice entrance and we're greeted by friendly staff. The man gave us local maps, hotel info plus further info we asked him. Our room was basic, yes it was dated and...

My partner and I booked to go for a nice holiday. The hotel smelt of Cannabis throughout and there was trolleys and rubbish outside the hotel rooms. The light did not work in our room, there was chewing gum on the ceilings and walls. You have to pay for wifi and the television. We left after one night and moved...

It was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. If you needed assistance they would do their best to help you even if it did not pertain to them. The food was great with excellent choices. The meals were well prepared. Snacks available throughout the day and lots to keep you busy.

Animation team had plenty of activities for all ages. Bar staff pleasant be aware they enforce 2 drink s per person and all inclusive stops at 10.30. Would go back to this...

The hotel is situated about 10- 15 minute walk from costa del silencio and las galletas where there are a few bars and restaurants of various varieties. There you can get most connecting bus services to the rest of the island. The room which we were in was basic and was only cleaned once in 10 days. It was situated...

Just returned from our second visit to the Palio, and can't wait to go back in the New Year! This place is really special, however if you are looking for five star, move along (and pay for it). This is a BUDGET Hotel, yes a little frayed at the edges but the important stuff is all there and just right......
