Everything down to the most minute detail was taken care of, from beach towels to face masks and hand sanitizer. Roberta and her amazing mother Paola were there for every need, and were not only so kind, but truly so helpful. They helped us organize a beach day, and can recommend anything from restaurants to boat trips. It was my sisters birthday and they surprised us by baking her a cake! The pool is fresh and clean, and the breakfast is delicious as Roberta only uses the freshest and most local ingredients. There truly is not a single complaint my family and I could have. Grazie ancora! xxAngiolini Family
After a family vacation in Hvar, Croatia, we wanted a quiet destination for a few days before visiting more family near Rome. Masseria Palane is just the place. You’ll first notice how quiet it is as soon as you get out of your car. Second you’ll notice three beauties greet you at the doorway, a mother and two sisters who begin their shower of ambiance during the whole visit. Expect to have more needs met than you had imagined, from beautifully decorated rooms, home made goodies at breakfast, travel guidance on a daily basis, pick up and delivery if you don’t come with a car, car rental as needed, landscaped gardens and a pool you can actually swim in, as well as arrangements of activities such as a pasta class, olive oil making and such. Paola, Linda and Roberta are the perfect hosts to help in making this happen. Bring your inner peace and it will be nurtured here.…
What a wonderful place to stay. Our hosts were very welcoming and accommodating, they had a crib ready for our little one upon our arrival. You can see how much love and effort the hosts have put into making the Masseria a wonderful, relaxing and peaceful getaway, even for us with two vivacious young children! We had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend if you want to visit the south of Puglia.
Really can't say too many nice things about the family that look after you, the room and facilities. The room had all the amenities and was filled with very tasteful furniture and art by a lady who had been a designer. My wife and I had a great 4 days experiencing a fantastic area of Italy with best friends. Very friendly, literally nothing was too much trouble. Where to go, eat etc etc. A grotto boat excursion was arranged (which was fantastic), a surprise pasta making lesson cooked to perfection was a quality of life experience. We were also directed to a local festival with lights, music and dancing in the square - very special. This is going to be a difficult place not to back to and created memories that will last a lifetime.
We stayed for 4 nights at this beautiful authentic Masseria. Roberta, Linda and Davide were the perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble even arranging a pasta cookery class which we ate with homemade sauces washed down with local wine. The accommodation is lovely and the pool is a welcome relief at the end of a busy day - watching the swallows, bees and butterflies in the beautiful garden. Location means that there are a few restaurants within walking distance allowing you to experience local food but you can also visit larger towns and restaurants a bit further afield too. Thank you again for a lovely holiday
