There are lots of different buildings there, and I'm not sure which rooms are the one bedroom ones. We had 2 brms. We stayed on the first floor with a great balcony overlooking gardens and pool area, away from the "main" pool/restaurant area. It was probably a bit quieter than the buildings surrounding the main pool area. The first floor are also more private then the ground floor. On ground floor, you have guests walking past you on their way around the resort. Upstairs rooms don't have that problem.
