The hotel is large overall with rooms spread over 3 sections i.e. 2 wings and a central section.
We were in room 6080 which overlooked the pool and had sea and woodland views. Room was comfortable with a large double bed, walk in shower, mini bar plentiful wardrobe space.
Towels were changed regularly, mini bar was filled each day also tea and coffee and maid service every day.
Beach towels also changed every day.
There are numerous sanitiser stations throughout the hotel and masks are available free of charge from the restaurant and reception if you forget one.
When you enter the main restaurant your temperature is taken.
Due to covid you select what hot food you require and this is served to you by the chef at each counter so there is no help yourself buffet, this also applies to bread ,salads and sweets etc.
Plenty of choice both hot or cold and no skimping therefore you can have a lot or a little ,this applied throughout all meal sessions
Not so much selection at the beach bar or around the pool bar but adequate with hot and cold choices.
In the afternoons visit the patisserie, delicious cakes and pasties washed down with what ever you fancy.
Numerous bars throughout the hotel ,
At this point I must emphasise the staff are helpful, friendly and a credit to the hotel, nothing was too much trouble and always had a smile. Any and all drinks served at all meals. A special mention to Omid in the main restaurant who made us feel special on more than one occasion.

This is a new hotel since 2016 and it's very clean. Furnitures are new, modern and interior shines. Food was very good with a lot of ingredients to choose. Due to covid-19 the waiters serves you the food that you choose. This was done because of not to touch the same things to serve yourself the food. Area outside was fantastic and the main pool was huge. The cocktails ware amaizing and colorfull, beers very tasty. I am sorry for the coffee! there was sot express coffee like italian. The coffee was bad. Even with money you couldn't buy italian cofftt. Animation team are very friendly and kind. In geneal, the organizations after dinner were nice and the show time is done 4 times a week, at the outside theatre. I was disappointed once because of the iron. I asked the reception i needed a iron for my clothes and bring it back afer 5 to 10 minutes, but they did't give me the iron. I also talked to managar and he saied we don't do that. There was nothing wrong with that. I was not asking to have an iron 24/24 in my room. just 10 minutes and bring it back to the reception. They did not gave me that opportunity.

When we first arrived we got greeted by two very friendly receptionists, we arrived around 8pm. There was no problem with our reservation. Once we got our room card we got led to our room on 6th floor with sea view. The view from the room is gorgeous. We had to ask for another towel and pillow but they immediately brought us an extra towel and pillow since there was 3 of us. There's zero problem with the staff refilling the mini bar once you run out of stuff.

The food is totally delicious here. The choice of food is very wide and for everyone's taste. My mom is honestly like Gordon Ramsey when it comes to hotel food and she is in love with the food here. The staff in restaurants is lovely, they always greet and serve you with smile, stop by to ask how your days was. The chefs that serve you the food also try to do their job as fast as possible, always serving with smile and ensuring there's always food on the trays. Same goes to the bar staff! They always try to server you as fast as possible so you don't have to wait.

The hotel entertainments are also great and the staff that prepares is puts their hearts into them. They always make sure the kids have something to do as well and have 30 minutes of dancing and playing with children before the entertainments start.

The spa centre staff is also really friendly and they ensure that your time at the spa isn't wasted. My mom had the 2 hour spa session and she was over the heels with the friendly and relaxing service.

The rooms are always crystal clean, there's nothing to complain about the cleaning service. Everything gets refilled daily with no problems.

11/10 I would recommend to anyone!

We came to stay at the hotel between 26-31 July 2022. Hotel rooms are cleaned regularly. Meals in the restaurant are proportional to the price paid. Neither too bad nor too good. Unfortunately, there is no brand in the drinks. But there is service at all times and the waiters are concerned. I'm afraid that the real big problem with the hotel is that the attention shown to foreigners is not shown to Turks. Our first complaint regarding this issue is that the towels we left by the pool were taken and thrown on the floor where everyone stepped on. We laid out our towels and went to breakfast, and when we arrived, our special belongings and special towels were on the floor. Due to the lack of sunbeds in the hotel, I think that something like this was done to provide sunbeds to foreigners. Afterwards, Mrs. Fatma helped and the problem was partially solved, but more than half of our day was spent with this problem. Another problem is that the minibar is never filled, except on the first day we enter the room. No tea, coffee, or cold drinks. We have been reporting this for days, but the problem is not resolved. I don't have to make a request every day for a service that should normally be done. Moreover, the minibar service to the room of the other family we came with has been provided for 3 days. As a result, the service for which the incident fee is paid is performed with fault. Unfortunately, Turks are treated very flexibly in terms of service. Why is everyone not given the same care? The important thing here should be only the customer. Everyone should be given equal attention. We have 2 days left, let's see if there will be any changes. If it does, I'll point it out here, but I don't believe it will.

I knew the Turks liked the tip, so at the front desk I asked for a decent room with $ 20.
I received one of the worst rooms: the mansard, the end of the building wing, without a wardrobe, above the kitchen with smells and smoke, and with the bathroom wall next to the drainage area.
I raised the level to 50 euros but I still couldn't change with a decent room. The elevator at the main entrance was out of order for about 36 hours, and when I tried to find out when it would be repaired I was told that there are 4 elevators in different areas and so I can run to one of them.
Weak Wi Fi and not on the entire surface of the hotel, indoor pool closed, safe with charge
The beach is not cleaned of stones, and the garbage left mostly by Russian tourists (too many, uncivilized, with food thrown out because of greed) and horse access is allowed .. with all the dirt left behind.
Unfortunately, most things leave much to be desired compared to the opening period when, at another stay, I was delighted and wanted to return.
Poor entertainment

Our second time in the hotel and this time was just as good as the first time.(08/06/22-15/06/22)
The staff at the hotel from the reception to the to the domestic staff were efficient and friendly and always with a smile.
We would like to mention some staff who made our holiday even more enjoyable they were:- Borise, Melissa and Kardelen in the upstairs bar who made us some lovely cocktails, Borise actually recognised us from our previous visit as did Udim in the main restaurant who went above and beyond to make our holiday more memorable with some special little touches,
The food is choice is excellent and should cover most peoples preferences always fresh salads, a choice of meats including daily specials and very delicious sweets.
We had an Al A Carte meal which is included in a seven day holiday free of charge, which made a nice change from the main restaurant.
A pleasant 6/7 minute walk to the beach which had its own bar and snack bar also plenty of sunbeds, beach is sand and shingle.
You do tend to get the spa and local tour people wandering around but will leave you alone with a polite no!
Plenty of sunbeds around the pool also with its own bar and snack bar
Some very good entertainment most nights either shows or music,
A visit to Side or Manavgat can be made using either taxis or the local bus which is very cheap, both are well worth a visit.
Another enjoyable holiday.

You can’t get out of the pool to eat. Because you’re just getting warned at the door as if guests are coming out of the pool. They say they’re already sitting on the terrace on plastic chairs, but they keep saying it’s getting wet. You can’t even get in with your barrel, and you’re being warned that your food hall barrel can’t get in. This is where two appetizers and a 5-minute meal are good for your throat. When it comes to spirits, you pay and come from morning to evening, and you’re not even lush for nothing. Let’s go to the a la carte restaurant, where the server doesn’t throw a plate in front of you. Yes, if you want to be humiliated with your money, come here

We came after a stressful time trying to change hotels as original hotel was cancelled due to the pandemic.
This was a fantastic choice. We were maybe the only British family here most of the visitors are Eastern Europeans or Russians. Hotel was probably at less than half capacity which meant sunbeds and dinner times were relaxed and always space to be found.

Staff were very friendly and although spoke very little English they helped us whenever we needed anything.

Hotel is exquisitely decorated with beautiful modern interior design. Very clean and rooms are lovely too. Only con is there was no iron and so you would have to pay for ironing.

WiFi in hotel was amazing everywhere and also connection on the beach which is a 7 minute walk away. Lovely sandy beach best beach I have visited in Turkey.

Food was lovely. Always something for everybodies taste. Lots of variety and lots of delicious desserts on offer daily. We never felt hungry or dissatisfied with anything in this hotel.

We booked a spa treatment. The massages wer very good only thing I would say is you don't get the ambience of a spa treatment as no calming music and no privacy to get changed. Barr tht it was nice.

Would definitely return for the price we paid it exceeded our expectations. Lovely beautiful hotel with kind friendly staff.

First impressions of the hotel were "Wow" The room was spacious, A modern bathroom and a fridge full of drinks. The staff were lovely but most of them could not speak English, which made communicating difficult.
I would say that 90 per cent of the guests were German or Polish and I experienced aggressive and rude behaviour, especially when waiting for the lift or in the dining hall. I was pushed and shouted at and felt very intimidated at times.

The presentation of the food was amazing but unfortunately the food was not labelled clearly and some dishes like the sushi had no label at all. I am vegetarian and I don't eat fish either. There were no labels to state if a food was suitable for vegetarians, or if gluten free or even worse if a food contained nuts ect. I had some baked beans at one breakfast and was shocked to find that they had put chilli in it. I cannot tolerate anything hot like this and I choked really badly.
The food was also hit and miss and served buffet style. My husband had raw meat numerous times and my son in law picked up a boiled egg to find out it was raw in side. I was glad I was a vegetarian. I appreciate that the chefs are cooking for a large number of people and mistakes happen.
The restaurant staff were helpful to serve you drinks and clear the tables amd I highly recommend the Turkish tea. It can be difficult to find a table as the food hall gets so busy.
The cleanliness of the hotel was good, but the standard of cleanliness of our room was hit and miss. Our bins were not always emptied, and as you are not allowed to flush toilet tissue down the loo, you can imagine what I mean. Shower was not always cleaned and towels were not always replaced.
The pool was lovely with plenty of sunbeds, but get up early as they are all reserved with towels, even though they are not supposed to be. The staff do not uphold this rule. The private beach is a short walk from the hotel with plenty of sunbeds at no extra charge. Free bar and food.
The entertainment staff were great and the shows were brilliant. A big shout out to the team..
A very mixed review of our holiday. This was our first time to Turkey and I was really looking forward to it. But the way I was treated by other guests and the language barrier with the staff made our holiday a disappointment and I would not return again.
