Last night before we head home, the hotel is ideal for a relaxing chilled out holiday. If you like walking round a town, this isn't for you. The rooms are fantastic , James Bond block has great views , food is good and the staff...More
I'll start at the begining it may explain our 1st opinion of the hotel......36 hours without sleep as early am flight, 50mins sat on runway, loads of turbulence, 1 and half hours on coach(nice opportunity to see some of Corfu), air conditioner not working, bucketed...More
We booked this as our 1st family holiday with our 2 year old, based on the pictures and descriptions of the children's facilities. When we arrived....we went to the kids club. It was filthy...really filthy. The slides were old and faded by sun. One was...More
Although we had a lovely relaxing week here, I would not give this hotel 4 star rating. The food was basic although edible, but often only lukewarm. Glad we were only here for a week as desserts were the same EVERY mealtime ! Orange juice...More

Hi-see someone has really answered the question already. Bus to Corfu Town is about 1 hour plus-but why not hire a car? Roads aren't over busy-take it steady & you will be fine-there are some great places to go ,and loads of good tavernas everywhere. You can book from hotel or walk down road and it will probably be cheaper. Kassiopi & Roda-both nearby and good-try to get down to Agni(steep, narrow road)-its worth it-would say one of best views is from hill as drop up down to Ipsos(enroute Corfu Town) ,just pull in at Taverna/truck stop on left (opp filling station). The truckers are fine ,just walk through small entrance & there is a lovely balcony/terrace looking out towards the south.
