Samadhi is truely an extraordinary holiday destination. If you are looking for a tranquil environment, hospitable hosts, naural and delicious food, fresh air and water and all you would imagine from your stay ; Samadhi is the place to be. Waruna and Yumi are excellent hosts. They look after their guests like family. Rooms are huge, creative and super comfortable....

We (husband and I) had a lovely stay at the Kandy Samadhi Center. Kanchan and the staff had generously upgraded us to a huge family room atop the hill, which felt like being in our own private home. The fruits and meals were delicious. If you want to relax, lay back and feel pampered, then this is a good option!

Arrived to a pure place of serenity, this is the real deal, no pretense it's a natural wonder. A true healing space, fresh food, the best Ayurvedic treatments I've ever had. The property details are incredible thanks to the wonderful design by waruna who owns a traditional antique store in Kandy town. This place is extra special & I feel...

We checked late evening .. eight of us . It's through jungles and being late we could not figure how far in jungle we were going . Google map was our guide and constant touch on phone by our local driver . Most of us were excited that we were going to stay in jungle . Seniors bit worried about...

A treasure trove of antiques and artefacts, scenic beauty, organic food under the care of waruna and his wonderful wife. Nestled in the hills above kandy, quite remote, not at all touristy. Highly recommended for solo travellers couples and families.

Samadhi center is one of the best places I've ever stayed. Very unique architecture. Very friendly staff with authentic Sri lankan food. So many acres of land filled with vegetation and the river in the middle takes you to a different world of your own. A hidden gem.

I've been going to Samadhi for the past 2 years now & it's my favorite eco village resort in Sri Lanka. You can tell the owner has a unique taste the moment you walk in! I love the fact that it's so peaceful and private up there, the location is just stunning. Make sure you go for a walk into...

We arrived on the tail end of our Sri Lankan holiday and what a perfect place to come. I immediately felt peaceful and rejuvenated. I was a bit concerned I might be surrounded by flaky people and pressured into participating in things I wasn't keen on but it was the total opposite, yoga and treatments were available if you wished...

It's in a lovely spot and sprawls right up a mountainside with lots of vegetation all around, a pretty stream below and some lovely views. Be prepared to walk up and down a fair bit - but it's all part of the experience of the place. The welcome is warm, and the service friendly and helpful. We had an enormous...

Charming, quiet, excellent food, amazingly stylish decoration...we really loved our stay. The only 2 pieces of advise to enjoy fully this great place and not feel frustrated: 1/ beware when booking or taking massage: They will try to upsale you to a more expensive package by any means. A bit unpleasant. 2/ Book your Yoga course in advance to be...
