Pools were clean and well kept, not packed and plenty of sun loungers. Food wasn’t the best, and the restaurant floor covered in food and spilled drinks.

The room was great with a partition between us and the kids. The drainage in the bathroom was smelly and overflowed daily.

We just flew back from a 2 weeks stay here! Very poor! We spent a lot of money on this holiday and it was a complete let down! The staff at the hotel make it bearable as they are all so helpful and work incredibly hard.
The food was beyond disgusting, towards the end of our stay

I amazed by the poor reviews I have seen from people staying at the hotel the same week as us! Hotel is in a fantastic location right on the beach with some rooms having sea views (we were in room 123 and had a great sea view). Our room was spotless and cleaned every day, we did

Where to start!
Food is an absolute disgrace! Warmed up food from the previous day which is cold and completely inedible! We've been here 3 days and already counting down to go home! We paid well over £2000 for this holiday and feel completely ripped off! We've resorted to eatin

We visited the hotel for a family holiday during October half term.
At no point during the booking of this holiday were we told that the hotel would be 2 weeks off shutting for the winter.
This is absolutely shocking from Tui. The food as in many reports was stone cold, and the

My husband & I & our almost 3 year old are due to arrive to this hotel on the 18th September. When I booked the reviews were mainly good & it was a reasonable price with first choice (free child place) We’re a bit anxious now as recently the reviews have been quite negative. We’re not expecting the Ritz but it’s our annual family holiday & it’s important to us that we enjoy it. We’re not snobby types but definitely need clean rooms, good, friendly service & decent food (not much to ask?!) we will likely be at the beach for most of the time & not much into entertainment. So basically I’m just looking for some honest reassurance? :-)
I wouldn't hesitate to sneak in your suitcase & come back out with you! We got home ten days ago & I'm missing the place loads! Don't worry, as a mum you'll appreciate the break the resort will give you & your child will love it. The shallow end of the big pool is perfect for small children, the Tui staff were better with the younger ones & the restaurant served what my family & I considered a good choice of Greek & European food (I really don't get the complaints!?!). The beach is very safe for little ones & although it sounds like some people got dirty rooms (?), ours was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the resort, so don't worry, start packing & look forward to your holiday!!

I’ve read that there are some new rooms. Where are these situated and can anyone quite the room numbers please.
Hi The new rooms are only for the Scandinavians to book!! This hotel in my opinion will soon not be available for the English. I had a 2 bedroom apartment facing the sea and pool, it was lovely, clean, spacious and amazing views, the picture in the brochure doesn't do it justice.
