Our room was clean but very small, we stayed in room 7 & just below us are 2 water tanks that kept making a buzzing noise every morning about 7 am which woke us up, after this happening for the 3rd morning I complained & Andy said she didn't know what to do about it ? then she decided to... More

First time at the Grapevines Hotel, definitely not the last. We can only echo what many, many people have said previously, we have had a superbly relaxing holiday expertly hosted by Andy, her family and staff. Yes the rooms are quite small but they are clean, more than adequate and typically Greek. The food was delicious and plentiful but the... More

We loved our holiday here. Lovely clean room, quite small but adequate. Good cheap breakfasts, good bar with good beer at the right price. If it's a quiet friendly place you are looking for. Don't look any further. It is a short trip to the restaurants and bars which are numerous also less than a mile to one of the... More

Just returned from here about a week ago the rooms are very basic and small. While we were there we had a mini tornado and thunderstorm which did some damage but it shouldn't take a week to get the toilet fixed the room doesn't have a lot of space if you want to prepare a meal but there is a... Miss or Mrs Nicola, I read carefully your comment and i disappointed because i think i was very friendly and helpful with you and your mum even you never used the pool or the bar area during the 2 weeks so i hadn't the opportunity to meet you very often.About the tornado wasn't so mini as you describe as even... What can I say. We came back. Lovely and out of the way. 15 minute walk to the beach either through the main street or the scenic countryside route. Quaint and basic, it does what it says on the tin. Lovely breakfast and good banter at the bar with Emi and Costas. Andie is very friendly and accomodating. Will we... More

We have just returned from another holiday at this hidden gem amongst the vines yet only five minutes from the village centre. Rooms may be a little small but they are very clean as is the pool with its new cleaning system. Andi is the perfect host and despite being very busy finds time for everyone. Emi her able assistant... More

Loved the fact that this was a little away from the town (it's only a few minutes walk away) and only about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Unfortunately my room faced the road on one side and the car park on the other - no pool view for me. I was woken up a few times by people... More

We spent two weeks here in June / Jul. Nice place out of the way and away from the main road. Supermarket only 5 mins away as is a great Taverna called Vrisakis. Excellent charcoal grill. The room itself was possibly the smallest we've stayed in in Greece but perfectly fine for our needs. Pool and surrounding area very clean... More

My wife and I have just spent a very pleasant week at the Grapevines. We arrived very late on Tuesday 30 August and were shown to a very small room on the ground floor. It was adequate for our needs as we were not going to spend too much time in the room. Our two daughters and granddaughter were staying... More
