We stayed here for 1 week in October 2023 (2 x adults & 2 x Children (7 & 10), just before the hotel closed for the season. The complex is not the largest but well maintained and clean. The pools aren`t heated but that didn`t put us or the kids off. The kids slide pool located behind the accommodation blocks on the left as you exit the main building is brilliant, it`s like their own mini waterpark. The rooms are slightly dated but clean and spacious. The food was very good, especially for an all-in. There wasn`t a vast choice but a decent selection to choose from, something different every night. Staff were lovely and friendly. Halloween was our last night but all week the the decor around the main building was themed and on Halloween itself the dining room was decorated and the food was themed, great for children and adults, they really put the effort in. We watched the entertainment on 3 of the nights and it was really good, and the Animation team were great fun and even managed to get our two shy kids involved in parts of the shows and activities, but at the same time didn`t pester you to join in and respected your space. The reason we chose to stay at the Clube Humbria was because we stayed at the 3HB Guarana in October 2022 and had a fantastic stay there, so we thought we`d stick with 3HB and still can`t fault them. I can`t imagine staying at either though in the height of summer as they aren`t the biggest of complexes and I imagine things to be a bit tight around the pools and in the dining rooms. That said, I wouldn`t hesitate to stay at either again, both have their pro`s and cons. Thanks 3HB keep up the great work.

Just got back from the 3HB Clube Humbria. We were the first guests of the season (arrived on the early flight on their first day of opening). They let us into the room early, at 10.30am when we arrived which was great seeing as though official check in wasn’t til 3pm. Rooms are brilliant, very spacious, clean and comfortable and have everything you could need. The food was really good, lots of choice. The staff are a real credit to the hotel, all of the staff, from the cleaners to the management team are really friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and all staff maintain the high standards of cleanliness. The hotel is a 7-8 minute walk to the beach (down the hill). It’s a lovely little beach and there are plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes in the area. We caught the local bus down to Albufeira which cost €2.35 each way (per person) and only took 10 minutes. All in all this is a lovely hotel, great staff, great location and all you could need for lovely holiday.

The reception team were very friendly and good English. We didn’t have to wait to be served go check in on arrival. Check in was at 4pm however they called us to say our room was ready early at 12pm. You can ask for an iron for 10 euro deposit, safe key 15 euro deposit and towels 10 euro deposit (can be changed at reception every day when asked. Bottles of water were free when asked at reception. When we left, they provided us with a picnic for breakfast as it was not open yet (had to ask for this). The staff overall were extremely friendly, had great English and it was good to see the managers welcoming us into the restaurant.
Cleanliness: rooms were spotless and the cleaners did a great job everyday. In the restaurant, a member of staff gave you cutlery wrapped up and escorted you to your seats and cleaned the table and chairs before you sat down. There were staff in each area of the buffet restaurant to put hand sanitiser on your hands before you were able to serve yourself.
Food & drink: there is one buffet restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food very nice for an all inclusive buffet restaurant. Good choices and the deserts actually tasted of something!!! The pool bar serves snacks from 12-6 including: burgers, hot dogs, pizza slices, cheese and ham toasties, chips, chickens nuggets, fish fingers. Cocktails are made through a machine with the alcohol connected to it, they were okay but nothing special. Variety of juices, fizzy drinks and alcohol.
Pool: one main pool with lots of sun beds around the pool and the grass. There are two separate children’s areas (including one with slides).
Entertainment: Animation team were extremely friendly and had great English - a shout out the Sonia and Lucas. The day time entertainment is mainly directed towards children but the pool dancing and aqua aerobics was great fun 4:30pm daily. The evening entertainment for adults started at 9pm-11pm: different singing acts and a magician and some quizzes which were good.
Location: 10 min walk to nearest beach with bars and restaurants / cafe’s along the way. Alberfuria old town is 15 mins in an Uber (ranging between 7 to 14 euros one way).
Negatives: lots of children around so if you are used to adults only this is not the place for you. Due to covid the bars shut at 11pm and staff are very keen to get everyone out back to their rooms shortly after this.
For the price you pay, this hotel is top notch, would highly recommend.

Just returned from a 3 night break to Clube Humbria. Cannot say enough about this hotel we arrived at 2pm 30mins before the end of lunch they locked our luggage away safely and let us have lunch before we even checked in. Rooms were brilliant really big and comfortable. Everywhere was spotlessly clean food was superb so much choice at all meals. Local area really nice quite a steep hill to the beach but plenty there once there to make it worth it. There were 4 of us so we took a Taxi to Albefuira old town only 8 euros each way. But I've saved the best till last the staff at the hotel were absolutely brilliant. With the recent worldwide health scare they implemented sensible measures like supplying hand gel dispensers everywhere and rearranging tables in the restaurant so there was adequate social distancing but this was implemented sensibly and sympathetically and really impacted less than we expected. Staff from the cleaners to the managers were the most pleasant and friendly we have ever encountered anywhere. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent week away just spoilt by one idiot(Boris no brain) the hotel is fantastic the staff are more than helpful. Food was plentiful and so was the choice, something for everyone. Branded drinks at all the bars and the service was excellent. Entertainment every night, various singers groups etc, the animation team really worked hard from first thing in the morning till very late at night.
Although the hotel is in the middle of Olhos De Agua there are plenty of buses, taxis etc to get about, shops and restaurants within walking distance.
I can thoroughly recommend this hotel we had a great time and is suitable for all ages with 3 pools ample loungers and plenty of space to relax.
Rooms are very comfortable they include air conditioning, a safe (you have to leave a refundable deposit of 15€) and a full kitchen.
Towels were supplied when you left a 10€ refundable deposit per towel.

I stayed here for a short break with my children aged 5 and 7 for 3 nights arriving home this evening.
This hotel gave us a fantastic short break away. The reception staff were all so welcoming and made us feel at ease straight away. They explained everything so clearly and really made an extra effort with the children to make them happy.
The pools are fantastic, in particular the water park which my children spent hours playing in throughout the day. The lifeguards on duty do a great job of ensuring children play safely on the water slides as well as ensuring they are all having fun.
There was never an issue finding sun beds we didn’t go down until 1030 and had so many choices of where we would like to put our bathing things.
The kids club was a real delight my children loved it and both went together for one 2 hour morning slot and one 2 hour afternoon slot - the kids club team were so very good with my children a great break for me to sunbathe with a cocktail too! The mini disco outside was so well run the kids loved it.
The food was very nice, every evening and breakfast we were welcomed into the restaurant with the most welcoming team always made us smile.
The whole place is super clean and the policies they have in place to protect from Covid were fantastic - I felt very safe the whole trip. To name a few things the food is served behind screens, all tables and chairs are disinfected as you are taken to them, sunbeds separated, one way systems, hand sanitiser everywhere and so much more. The hotel itself is sparkling clean and our apartment was cleaned so thoroughly every day.
The tv in the apartment lounge has English speaking Disney channel which was very useful to entertain my children as I got showered.
The entertainment on the evening was brilliant much better than I was expecting given the current situation.
All the team here work so hard and really go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Literally every member of the team work non stop and you can see that they really care about their guests having fun and feeling safe.
I am so pleased we found this hotel and I would highly recommend anyone to visit here especially if you are concerned about covid secureness as this hotel has so many procedures in place to achieve this without effecting you having fun - it was fantastic and we will return but for longer next time!

We have just returned home after a lovely short family stay here with our two children. Every area of the hotel is immaculate and beautifully kept. All the staff were friendly and helpful. They have strict rules on mask wearing inside and have sanitising stations around the hotel, when you check in the friendly receptionists explain everything to you and provide you with masks to wear when travelling around inside the hotel. Our apartment was lovely and spacious and we had been left a couple of treats as we were on honeymoon. The hotel was very quiet when we stayed but all the activities and entertainment went on as scheduled. The children loved the friendly entertainment team who made lots of effort with them around the hotel plus they loved the big pool and children’s water park, a couple of times they even had the water park to themselves! They enjoyed the games room was good also. The all inclusive food and drinks were excellent and everyone is served from behind glass screens. There was a good selection every day for the children and for my vegetarian husband. My only comment would be to make the food labels a little bigger in the dining room as they were hard to read when you are standing a couple of feet back behind the glass. Our favourite day was the tropical theme, the food and dancers that night were fantastic. We will definitely stay in this hotel again when we return to beautiful Olhos de Agua.

We arrived at the hotel and was greeted by a lovely receptionist who explained everything to us and how covid changes would affect us, this did take a little longer to check in but still it was absolutely necessary to keep us safe. The hotel was very clean and we had no issues with our room at all. Dining was a lot different however they worked extra hard to ensure that it was clean and as little contact with staff and other diners as possible. The cutlery is given to you in paper bags and tables/seats cleaned down in front of you before you sit down. There is a one way system to go and get your food which is dished up for you by the staff behind a screen. Masks are to be worn inside the hotel and can only be taken off if your eating and or drinking. (They give you some at check-in) All the staff seemed to be really friendly and whenever we needed anything from reception they were very helpful. There is a little shop on site but for bigger purchases and better options there is a few just down the road, be careful of the uneven pavements though if you do go walking. The little cove beach is just down a little hill and has some lovely little restaurants to eat at, however it does get busy and lacks space. It also has very rocky areas ans some rocks that you cant see when walking into the water so you need to be extra careful especially with little kids. The bigger beach is also not to far away but there are about 100 steps to go down and there's nothing around, no shops or bars etc to get drinks or food should you wish. We had no issues whatsoever with the hotel and would definitely go back again. We were not put off by covid and in fact felt safer than in shops etc at home.

Short 4 day visit, all inclusive, with me mam. Me (39) and mum (67) had a great few days here. The weather was in our favour which was a bonus. I arranged a private transfer from the airport to the hotel direct with the hotel before hand. They were really helpful with that. The hotel is impeccably clean and the reception staff were super friendly. They let us check in early and we were sat by the pool within an hour. The pool areas and gardens are beautiful and well kept. The poolside bar does all kinds of drinks and ice cream. The food is just fantastic. Plenty of choice and I especially love how creative the hotel is with using leftovers to limit food waste. Super bock beer, wine and soft drinks on tap to help yourself to. We enjoyed all meals and put on about a stone in weight!!! Again, all staff very friendly. Rooms are light and airy with air con, ceiling fans and ours had 2 balconies. TV in living area and tv in bedroom. Very clean! Loads of english speaking tv channels and lots of movie channels. Also had a mini kitchen. Beds and pillows are comfy with extra blankets and pillows available if needed. We went for a walk down to the beach. There are a few bars and restaurants locally, bank, supermarket, everything you need. We took the bus into albufeira one day for a walk around. Lovely town with nice beaches and a land train tour. We also took a local bus into Villamoura for a few hours walking around the marina which is also lovely. This break had everything we wanted and I would definitely recommend. Would happily come back again!

After many disappointments and rearrangements over the last 18 months we were so happy to arrive in Portugal!! It was so worth the covid tests, passenger forms etc. We came with our 9 year old son and 5 years old daughter who thoroughly enjoyed their time here. We had a great apartment overlooking the water park pool with a small roof terrace. It was quiet when we arrived but the hotel began to fill up mostly with Portuguese tourists but it wasn't crowded. We found the staff to be very friendly, particularly Ruben who my son enjoyed talking to. Staff were very efficient in the hotel and cleanliness was of a very high standard with good covid measures in place, ensuring people wore their masks and hand sanitised when needed to. Food was delicious and probably the best all-inclusive food I have ever had. The desserts went down very well , particularly the chocolate brownies. When we arrived staff served you all the food but towards the end of our holiday they were beginning to allow guests to serve themselves, with either a glove or hand sanitiser. My children loved the water slides and spent many hours going up and down them. They have slides for up to 6 years and then the bigger ones for 6 and over up to 17 years. They cannot go onto the other slides and the life guard is good at monitoring the children and ensuring they use the correct ones ( they have different coloured bands). Some people were not happy about this but it does keep the little ones safe from older children dominating the small slides. The entertainment team were fantastic, we are not normally that involved with them but they had people dancing in the pool and my children loved the mini disco every evening. They were very good at keeping the children entertained with games, quizes, bingo and more dancing. There was also live music( which was nice to hear again), dancers and a magician every evening. There is a lovely beach in Olhos D'Agua, which is busy but great for people watching. When the tide is low you can walk round to the larger beach and there are plenty of rock pools to explore and catch shrimp and small fish if you are lucky. We were also very lucky to spot dolphins jumping in the distance chasing a boat so keep a look out! All in all we had a fantastic holiday. The hotel had a lovely relaxed and friendly atmosphere and was perfect in these times!

Yes there is but don't think runs very often. We caught taxis. The hotel will order you one or there is a large taxi rank 5 mins away. Or if you have uber App they are the cheapest. Taxi from rank into Albufeira cost us 9.25 each way.
