Just returned home after 8 days and wow what a place to stay. Apartments are off of the main road and set back into a beautiful landscaped garden. There are 20 rooms in total on 2 levels and we were in Room 10 which was on the ground floor with the back patio doors opening up onto a small patio and the lush green grass of the garden where the pool is situated. The room has 4 beds, a small kitchenette and a bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower. The shower was a walk in shower which was always full of hot water and closing doors so the floor was never wet! Air conditioning was great and included in the price as was the room safe. Room was cleaned everyday and if you wanted the towels changed you just left them on the floor and fresh ones would be left when the room is cleaned. The outside area was magnificent with the pool, loungers and parasols all kept beautifully clean. Staff were brilliant and 2 things immediately spring to mind. Firstly we wanted a taxi to take us up to the local village one evening for dinner. There were no taxis to be had so the owners father took us up to where we wanted to go in his own car and wouldn't accept payment from us despite my best efforts! Secondly our flight when we left, was in the evening and we were allowed to stay in a room until the taxi picked us up to take us back to the airport (6pm). Again no payment was asked for in respect of the extra hours in the room (long after the normal check out time!).

Outside the hotel there are 5 or so family restaurants/tavernas and a couple of sports bars. Across the road is a lovely bakery which also sells sandwiches etc and a grill food place that sells gorgeous gyros etc. Local buses run from the main road outside of the hotel. One way takes you to Falaraki for €2 and the opposite side to Rhodes Town for €2.50 which is great value for money.

Overall this is a brilliant place to stay and the owners and their family can't do enough for you. True Greek hospitality at its very best. Would we come back? Yes in a heartbeat!!!!

If anyone wants any further info about the hotel or area please drop me a note!!

So glad we found this hotel, with 20 rooms it’s not loud and feels like you are the only people there. The owners are so welcoming and happy to help with any questions as well as finding us bus times to get into Lindos. The cleaner is lovely and leaves the rooms spotless each day! There are so many local restaurants only a short walk away as well as a supermarket and bus stop. Brilliant location and a clean, relaxing hotel would definitely recommend! Thank you so much we had the most amazing time

Well, what can I say, arrived back home a few days ago from an absolutely stunning holiday at these apartments in Rhodes.

First of all, they are spotless, not just clean but absolutely sparkling. The lovely lady who serviced the rooms worked tirelessly and was very friendly and chatty.
The rooms are a very good size with excellent air conditioning (temp outside was 37) and had a great fully equiped kitchen with every appliance you could possibly need and a huge fridge freezer.

The pool and area around it was sublime. A lovely citrus fruit orchard at one end and a lush green lawn to one side, which was cut with little roomba style automatic lawnmowers, kids were fascinated..
The pool itself was spotless too and deep enough for a proper swim if you wanted to.
With only 20 appartments, the pool was very quiet, and indeed, on a couple of afternoons we had it to ourselves.

The location of the apartments was a rather nice bonus. They are down a private drive, a little away from the road, so were pretty quiet being away from bars and restaurants.
At the top of the drive, very conveniently, is a bus stop (F11 if you look on Google maps).
This was absolutely brilliant as it allowed you to go into Rhodes town in under 15 mins or go to the waterpark in about 20 mins (bus stop other side of the road (F12) for under 3 Euros per adult. The buses run every 20 minutes in both directions until about midnight.
Save you money as you don't really need to bother with taxis. We caught the bus to Lindos for 5.50 each way (taxi is 62) and Butterfly valley (2.50 bus into Rhodes town, then a connection for 5.00.)

All the restaurants around the hotel are really great, we never had a bad meal out.

Ouzokamomata Greek Tapas did some incredible grills, Christos Family Taverna did lovely authentic salads and fresh made pizzas, and the Tsampis & family bakery did great filled sandwiches, cakes and coffee.

Thanks again to this wonderful family run hotel who were always friendly and couldn't be more helpful when I asked for anything.
Our pickup on our last day wasn't until 8.30pm at night, but the lovely owner said we could stay in the room at no charge until we left.

I can definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here next time I came to Rhodes.

My stay for a week was over all 10. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, which is good for couples and family, it's really a place to relax and forget about work, just holidaysssss! The owners of the hotel Savvas and Faidra were very accommodating. The pool is well maintenance and they have the very active handy man Papoush to maintain the garden and orange trees. The receptionist is the lovely Grandma who will welcome you all throughout your stay. I will definitely come back every Summer! 😊👍🏻

My partner and I booked this last minute and I have to say I was more than impressed. Savvas and his family are just so lovely and friendly. There are 20 apartments, we had ours on the top floor with a good size balcony looking over the pool. The rooms are very spacious with a lovely bathroom and everything you need in a small kitchenette. The rooms and whole place was spotlessly clean and the cleaner who works very hard was also such a lovely friendly lady. The pool area is amazing with plenty of comfortable sun beds, lots of room to park your cars if renting. We used buses to get about which were extremely easy ( bus stop just outside ) and was very easy to get in to Rhodes old town which is wonderful, lots of restaurants and great boat trips available from the port!) also very easy to get bus to Lindos on the other side of road for a great day trip!
There are a few tavernas which are lovely and good value just outside!
I would highly recommend to anybody who wants to chill out in a lovely place or use it as a great place for exploring the island!
Thank you Savvas and family for a wonderful 2 weeks 😊

Beautiful, relaxing, spotless and quiet. Just returned from a week’s stay and loved it. Rooms were a decent size, well equipped and very clean, We have a family of 5 (3 not-so-young kids anymore!) and booked a pair of studio apartments. Pool area was never overcrowded. Always loungers to be had and the grounds were well kept. Owners were so helpful and as we had a late checkout we got to keep one of the rooms until the evening and enjoyed a final relaxing day instead of dragging luggage around while waiting for a transfer.

The only slight difficulty we had was transport. Five do not fit well in most taxis, so randomly flagging down cars doesn’t work, taxi phone numbers seemed to mostly end up with automated messages in Greek (sorry, I know, I should’ve learned the language) followed by hold music that never picked up. Busses in Rhodes direction are mostly full and despite running every 20 minutes it can take an hour standing in 35+ degrees before one stops. So if you’re in a larger party and want to explore, I’d highly recommend a hire car.

Locally there are a handful of restaurants ranging from average to exceptional and a couple of bars. Perfect for us but others may want more choice and nightlife.

For a relatively low cost, these are great value studio apartments.
Having opted for self catering over a large all inclusive hotel, this ticked all the boxes.
We had a first floor apartment.
The advantage of this is that you get the best of the sun in the evening.
There is no bar, restaurant or entertainment but that doesn’t matter.
You can get these within a short walk if you need to.
There is a supermarket 100 yards away, bus stop, bars and restaurants.
The buses are regular, we used them for Roades town and Lindos.
Once you suss the stops out, they are easy and convenient.
Near by beaches aren’t great, lots of sun beds that charge for use.
Not as pretty as Balearic Islands.
The apartments pool area is great, well maintained and was never too busy when we were there.
In brief, basic but adequate accommodation.
The rooms are cleaned daily, cleaner really works hard so please leave her a tip if you can.

Cannot fault this beautiful, quiet and spotless place to stay. Rooms huge with everything provided in the kitchenette including a dolce gusto coffee machine and full size fridge/freezer. Really comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Towels changed every day. Pool towels provided. No pool bar or music which made for a perfect relaxing time around the pool which was never busy. A very hot week of around 38 degrees but not once was there any problem of being able to get a sunbed/umbrella, in fact it was so quiet and even on the busiest day there were only around 16 people around the pool. On the day we left we were able to keep our room until 7pm at no extra cost as we had a late flight. A superb place to stay. Also plenty of restaurants nearby, a couple of beaches which were fairly busy. Bus stop just up the drive for Rhodes old town, which is fabulous. Will definitely return to these studios. Just perfect in every way.

Perfect place. A garden of orange trees and palms surrounds a lovely blue pool. Family run by friendly Stavros and his wife Phaedra, it's small, quiet, and spotlessly clean. Well equipped kitchenette, large room and a lovely verandah to enjoy meals. Several tavernas, a small supermarket and a local bakery just a few minutes walk. Bus stop nearby and the local bus service is excellent, frequent and goes to all the major towns including Lindos and Rhodes.

We had a lovely week here, and were very impressed with the grounds, pool, room ( basic , but spacious , clean, cool, and well equipped with lovely outside sitting area).
We did not like the local beach as very packed with sun beds ( sea was nice and clear though) - but we found nice beaches a short bus ride away ( Kalithea Springs , and Jordan beach) .Rhodes Town was also an easy bus ride.
We loved the local cats which were looked after by a local charity , they were adorable and very well behaved - if you don’t like cats you wouldn’t notice them !

Good morning, The nearby beach is 10% sand and 90% with small pebbles, but you don't need beach shoes. If you want a totally sand beach, you can get the bus to Faliraki, bus stop is withing two minutes walk. All restaurants and other shops in our area, are open till end of the season, appr. 22 - 25 October. Best regards Savvas
