Where to start…
Thank you Beach Republic for making our 12 days stay amazing!
If you you’re looking for a hotel where you feel welcome, you go and visit Peem and her staff!
Always smiling and help you in every possible way.
The food in the cafe is really good, and they bring you all the refreshments you want to your sunbed. You don’t even have to get up- you just order by your phone.
We stayed in the Club Suite room wich was spacious and well equipped.
Sandy private beach, daily cheep massage and blue clear water.
Could not asked for anything more.
We will miss the dogs, Lucky and Millie, and all the nice and sweet people working at the hotel!
We’ll meet again ❤️

We booked a Tropical Villa, with a private pool. It was great! Pool was not just a plunge pool...could actually swim around. Rooms were comfy, bathrooms well equipped, good showers.
We ate in the restaurant which had lovely Thai food.
The spa was very nice, very helpful and friendly staff.
Overall the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Would stay here again.

Booked a Penthouse suite with or son, and had our own pool on the top floor, it was fantastic. From the moment we arrived till the moment we left the staff were so helpful and friendly. Food was excellent, wines and beers great, the views amazing, Friday afternoon around the pools with a chill out DJ was just superb. Sunday brunch is also amazing. We used the small but well equipped gym and had a massage on the beach. Could not fault a thing, we all plan to go back! Thanks Beach Republic

We booked the biggest villa on the resort to accommodate our family, My husband and myself plus our Daughter, Son in Law and three grandchildren.
We were excited to come to Beach Republic, as it cost so much money and we expected pure luxury for the price we paid for it.
On first seeing the property, we thought how great it was but after settling in there were many problems.
The water pressure was terrible in the baths and took two hours to run a decent bath, The showers were okay. The tap water in the kitchen just trickled out too. We bought dishwasher tablets to do the dishes in the dishwasher, but that didn't work.
The pool had green mould all around the edges too.
There are big gaps in all the internal doors, and some of the doors need locks at the top to stop infants and small children from being able to open the doors, especially as there is a pool that they could fall into and drown if it went unnoticed.
The main gates to the property 116, can be pushed open even when locked, so there wasn't any point in locking it.
Mimi has since explained to us that this particular property is going to be demolished this year.
We just felt that we should have been told that the property was very tired and that the price should have reflected that.
On the bright side, it is a lovely resort but could be upgraded by including some water sports, as its right on the beach, and maybe a childrens club, and some entertainment for the adults of an evening.
The staff are the loveliest people and made us feel very special, and they all work so hard everyday.
We did enjoy our holiday.
but feel a little bit dissapointed that although we paid for luxury we didnt recieve it.

In January 2020 I booked a villa at Beach Republic with a cost of £6000 GBP. I had to pay a 50% deposit of almost £3000 which I did. Beach Republic would only accept a bank transfer for the deposit (not a credit card payment) so I paid via bank transfer.
Since then Beach Republic have claimed to be in administration and do not / will not respond to my emails or telephone calls requesting a refund or a rebooking date.
they are now advertising themselves as open.
I have stayed at the resort 3 times previously and whilst service and accommodation is generally good I have always had doubts about their financial integrity.
With this in mind I would urge you not to pay any form of deposit when booking your holiday. Be very very careful.

The room was fabulous, very spacious with a big bathroom and a kitchenette. Very comfortable bed, and a big balcony. AC worked well but did leak a bit. Much of the property is neglected and part of it is closed completely. Breakfast was very average and the hot dishes were always cold. Food & drink at the onsite dining area very pricey compared to anything else in Lamai. 3.5 km walk along beach to main strip.

Can't recommend this place enough, just stayed over Christmas for 6 day's and what an amazing time we had. Amazing spacious rooms and nice and quiet. Beautiful location with its own private beach, free transfers if you want yo go to the next beach which is a bit more lively. You can also walk along the coast to get there very easily. The restaurant is the nicest place I have eaten in Thailand and the staff were unbelievable, super lovely and can't do enough for you. They have a brunch on a Sunday which I would really reccommend. I will definatetly be coming back!! 10/10

Great! The bed is very comfortable, having a private pool at villa is amazing.
Pictures are as they are, feels like you are staying in the forest and we loved the gecko sightings. We would stay here again, great for couples or young families. Kitchen and bathroom are both outdoors so just consider that when booking.

We had an amazing 2-bedroom penthouse with a private pool. The room was perfect and had everything we needed for 4 days! The resort is by far the best value on Samui with the most amazing food. The staff were all so incredible helpful and made our stay even better.

Stayed here for a month and it was nice! Large 2 bedroom condo with a nice garden view. Very well equipped, and staff is really friendly. Located a bit far from the main areas, but if you drive a car or a bike- that’s fine. Beach is nice when the weather is quiet, if not - there’s a lot of garbage. Overall- we loved our stay.

No they aren’t located right on the beach. They are a 2-3 min walk from the restaurant and the pool, both of which are on the beach. The beach is nice to look at and you can walk on it, but it’s not great for swimming. Lots of coral and sea anemones. You really need to walk into Lamai, about 15-20 mins along the beach, to swim in a nice beach. Hope this helps x
Contact BR direct , (Web site) They can arrange anything ! Most services like this in Thailand are reasonably priced. The best relaible car rental available can also be booked via the hotel
Have a great trip ! Try the Argentinian steak house !
hi , we dont actually have a formal kids club with scheduled activities
Yes we do! our ocean club has a full bar serving food and beverages.
Not so good for snorkeling, heaps of nice places near by, best to book with a tour guide to find the best places on the island!
