The stay was amazing like usual. We came to spend our wedding anniversary for the second time at this hotel. The staff is super friendly and genuine. I want to thank Aymen at the front desk for his good service and Fatma at the Spa for her massage. We also had a delicious dinner, the waiters were very courteous and a great atmosphere. Unfortunately the checkout experience was absolutely the worst. I advise everyone to take a video of the room once you checkin and before the checkout to make sure that nothing is broken. They charge us a fee for a broken lamp that we never broke but the general manager was reasonable enough to waive that charge from our bill. He apologized and was very nice but that issue ruined the check out experience. We had to waste at least 15mins of our time arguing with the front desk that we didn't break anything. I was planning to give a 5-star review but the checkout was terrible.…
Salam. If you have hight high standards for 5 star hotels, this is the best hotel to stay in in Jerba They offer the international service standards by far in jerba Rooms are clean, smells good all over the hotel Front desk are super professional Swimming pools are great, also the beach I didnt like the food much but because am from the Arabian gulf region and we love more the arabic food... Unfortunately the food menu doesnt ofer even the tunisian food in the room service.. My only complain about the hotel is the old TV system in the rooms, which is very much outdated.. Also all the channels are either Tunisian or French... And i dont really appreciate that.. Not all tourists speak French!!!! The first language in the world is English so this hotel should consider English and have verity of channels in the room TV. Such as Arabian Gulf chennels... Kuwait, KSA, UAE, Bahrain, OMAN, QATAR.. Thats if they like to have tourists from that region. For people from Kuwait this is the best hotel dont thik about other hotels because you will be disappointed 👌 For family or couples this is the place to have fun and relax Thank you …
One of the best hotels in Djerba, amazing rooms, great service, and marvelous view. They use salted water for the swimming pool which was great. it is also located in a great position. Highly recommended.

This hotel has a wonderful pool and a clean beach but not worthy of staying because the service is horribly bad due to the lack of professionalism of the staff and the a liar of the managers of the establishment. Personally, I do not recommend it for people looking for a quality of service worthy of a 5 star: slow check in, room not ready despite we arrived at 17h, very very slow wifi connection, breakfast very very simple (level of a 3 star even less), huge stains on the carpets, air conditioning leaking, ... Having booked on Expedia, the platform offers a per-reviewing on the quality of the check-in and the condition of the room, so we had noted the good points and the few points not worthy of a 5-star service. However, a bad surprise was waiting for us the day after our review, a humbling 30-minute interrogation from the manager of the establishment and his assistant on the review which we had shared on Expedia and they even asked us to remove it. Bad faith on their part combined with their lack of respect towards us, pushed us to raise the tone to clarify that they are here in order to guarantee the service which we payed for it and we also emphasis that we are regularly staying in hotels of high standing everywhere in the world and even in Tunisia so we knew exactly what we were talking about. In conclusion, despite the very good pool and beach property, the horror of the quality of service and the lack of professionalism of the staff makes this hotel a very bad hotel. Other hotels in Djerba, that we had tried, offer a better beach, more beautiful pools and a excellent quality of service with an excellent best value.…
