I stayed with my family due to the convenient proximity to the hospital, very close indeed. The structure looks good and well looked after, the apartment where we were had a nice kitchen and a nice TV, which I used by connecting my devices. A couple of notes, which in my opinion do not affect the good quality/price ratio, are that the doors did not lock well and the main room is a little dimly lit. I postponed checkout until 6pm to have support during a day hospital and I got it for a reasonable extra cost. Small, very functional, clean, cute apartment with excellent outdoor space for dogs. Very friendly and helpful staff, we will be back. Very green location, with swimming pool, too bad it was out of season. The take away service of the neighboring restaurant is very convenient: having a comfortable kitchen available we were able to have dinner in the apartment.

For those who have to go to the hospital of the Heart of Massa this place is the ideal place being located about 400 meters. Clean and well maintained environments. There is a nice swimming pool, but not usable if you do not have a headset (better bring it from home, even if, on request, they sell it to you). Keep in mind that the price does not include the use of air conditioning ( € 5 per night ). Attached to the structure a restaurant. For breakfast there is an excellent pastry shop in the immediate vicinity. Very good value for money.

Our arrival at this residence was not the best start. Our flight got in after 10pm and we got a taxi to the hotel at the last train had gone (€120). We arrived to find that the check in time was on the door as being in the afternoon and no one was on the site. We tried all the phone numbers we could find and ringing the door bell. After about 15 minutes someone showed up and told us we weren't allowed to check in until the next afternoon (this is around midnight). After much discussion over Google translate we finally got a key to our room.
The pool on site is excellent, good size and naturally warm. No cafe on site during the day is a bit of a drawback although there are two vending machines under the check in lodge.
The nearest supermarket is only 5 minutes walk and has most of what you will need.
The nearest train station is just over 30 minutes walk (Massa)
The bus service is almost none existent even though there is a hospital nearby.
The rooms are a good size, biggest apartments of this size we have stayed in. The slightly wied thing is that the door to the toilet is in the bedroom - fine if you are there as a couple, slightly strange if you have children on the bed settee in the lounge.
The air conditioning hardly works, even set at 16 the room temperature stayed over 30 at night, warmer than the outside!!! The alternative was toopen the windows and feed the local mosquitoes.
In a week the towels were not changed once, maybe good for the environment but they were not great by the end of the week. The bins (on the balcony) were rarely emptied. The site staff cut the grass every morning so didn't have time to empty bins.
If staying here I would recommend you hire a car. There is a good sized car park on site.
