Back here as returning customer. Hotel was as nice as last time. Has a nice rustic Italian feel and nice and clean. Great views over the coast. Short walk to beach but very steep, hotel bus available though. Shops and a few restaurants near by. Only thing that let it down this time was the quality of evening food (which...

A wonderful family friendly gem! Incredible food and service! Beautiful swimming area and gardens! Located a short walk from the hotel's beach and a very short bus ride to beautiful Tropea. Shuttle service is also offered by hotel.

We found it a very hard slog to stay here. First room offered was like a prison cell but they moved us later on. Took out a package for 7 nights for meals which we thought was OK but don't bother food very basic and the waiting staff are rude. We attended the calabria night and the waiting staff put...

We stayed here last September for two weeks and it was one of the most relaxing holidays we have ever had. We had stayed in Calabria about nine years ago and loved it but we're able to fly from Manchester which was really easy, now we have to go to stansted, stay overnight and fly with Ryanair which was not...

A lovely traditional hotel. We stayed in one of the detached villa's which was a classic white washed block with large rooms, air conditioning and a great view out to see. The hotel is a short 10 minutes walk down to the beach however they do run a shuttle bus. There is a good sized pool with pool bar and...

I travelled alone, in end of May, beginning of June 2014. This place is safe for single woman. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes genuine Italian food. They have Italians staying at this hotel, which is always a great sign, The brothers who own this place are wonderful. Before even arriving at the hotel I strained my...

We stayed at the Costa Azzurra for a week recently and were disappointed with several aspects of our stay there. We would like to say, however, that although we had a bad experience at the hotel, the location is idyllic. The Hotel is set in a beautiful tropical gardens with a fabulous pool and the views from the Hotel are stunning....

This is a small, friendly, spotless hotel on Capo Vaticano. We went with Long Travel but Cosmos also go there.Great for a restful holiday but not for the culture vulture or sightseer unless you hire a car.The station is a 15-20 minutes walk and the trains just go up the coast- Troppea is nice on a Saturday when the market is...

My partner & I visited this lovely little hotel early June 2012 & boy what a place! The rooms are a bit basic & have no fridge but comfy all the same.. Real italian food is what we wanted & its just what we got..You order the evening meal at breakfast, yes, pasta to start followed by fish or meat...

We stayed half board for 1 week. Area is very rural and not yet a popular destination with Brits which seems to contribute to the area remaining very much Italian. The room was very basic- no decor and some very strange super watt bedside lighting without shade that blinded us before we had the gumption to use the ceiling light!...
