But a few things could make it even better - the filtered water is free, but tastes terrible. We stayed at two other island resorts with similar setups, and their water was fine. The beach for those not staying in their own beach front Bula is very small and there were not enough lounge chairs to go around. Alternatively, the...

I am doing my comparisons to the Botaira beach resort. I found that some staff at blue lagoon were friendly, but as a whole did not match up to the standards set at Botaira. That being said, our room was incredible. On the beach front with our own private hammock and beach chairs it was paradise. Outdoor shower was a...

Thank you for reviewing our resort. The yasawas have so many fantastic resorts that it is great you had the chance to visit a few! We love that you felt our rooms were amazing and the beachfront with hammocks and sunbeds was just paradise....not to mention the open aired showers. This is exactly how we hoped you would feel. We...

Having visited Octopus Island (Blue Lagoon's sister island) prior to arriving we were expecting a similar kind of thing. However, both my partner and I found this resort extremely lacking in several areas. We stayed in the Bula Lodge, which is a private double room with shared facilities, the room itself was fine however the shared facilities (toilets & showers)...

Thank you for your review. We expected your comments here and can only but re-iterate as we did in person, our apologies that your experience at the resort was not that of many others. Your timing in finding a toilet in such condition is extremely unfortunate - and we thank you for informing us. You are correct that we did...

We left Blue Lagoon Beach Resort with a great sadness… This was an unforgettable stay and so far one of the best holiday resorts on the beach we have ever stayed. We came by Yasawa Flyer and it took approx. 4-4.5h to get here. We chose Yasawa Flyer to be able to see all the islands along the way. There...

Blue Lagoon, situated on one of the last Yasawa Islands, is the perfect getaway. I stayed here for one week and it was the best resort I stayed on Fiji. Excellent food, lovely staff members and a perfect surrounding. I want to point out especially the dive center. Top new equipment, excellent dive spots, very good instructors. I booked 8...

We stayed as a family at Christmas. Had the most amazing time. We have travelled the world and the beach was on par with the Maldives. Accommodation was spot on, pool was perfect and the meals outstanding. Our 2 teenage girls absolutely loved it. They did not use the kids' club but I could see from my lounger that the...

another amazing trip to Fiji. Blue lagoon resort is really lovely and we had a wonderful 7 days there. We stayed in a beachfront Bure and this is the only option that I would consider. The view from these villas is just breathtaking and you are steps away from your lounges and hammock and little slice of stunning beach paradise....

We arrived at Blue Lagoon on the 25th January with a booking for one night. After 10 minutes of seeing the restaurant/bar, beach items and the dorms we immediately booked another night. The staff ran a tight ship when looking after customers but I did feel that some of the cultural influence was lost at times, for example when we...

We love that we enticed you for another night - and thank you for your review. Your comments are brilliant as the air con in the dorm does need to be carefully monitored and clearly - was not during your stay..we apologise and are currently exploring options of controlling the settings access. We are also looking into further training for...
