We stayed just one night. Hotel is simple and clean. It is in quite region in Toscana, near Terme. In front is one nice small lake. It is good for one or two nights. Breakfast is simple, too. Clean rooms, wi fi, good bathroom.

This is a great place for a family that likes the outdoors and is trying to explore Tuscany at a very good price. The rooms aren't huge but they are clean and comfortable. The style is modern but probably built in the 70's. The staff are super nice, professional and very helpful. They really go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and get everything you need. The restaurant is convenient. Breakfast is typical Italian hotel but real coffee and juice not the machine. Pool is clean and very pretty. The setting is on a lake as the name indicates and it is on the side of a hill looking up to the towers of Serravalle, beautiful lush area with a cool breeze at night. Bed was typical for Italy and the same with the bathroom, nothing special about the room but wood fixtures were nice and it was quiet. I had friends that stayed here years ago and I met them for dinner. I am glad I remembered it. The price is great for the amenities, location and service. It is in the countryside but right off the highway and it is easy to access Florence or Montecatini. I am not sure I would recommend for a luxury or romantic getaway, more family, practical place to stay.…

A very simple but good hotel. Silent and the outside of city. If you are looking for a peaceful stay and enjoy the stay , this can be your choice. Outside the hotel is a fountain and a small lake which adds a good view for this hotel. Food options at time can be very limited as not sure how many travelers are there all the time.

Stayed here as part of the star tours Italy tour..Not a good choice by star tours. It's old, not well maintained. The family rooms are okay, but not the other rooms which are too small and congested. Sheets and towels were neat. There are warnings in the room that they aren't responsible if things are lost and there is no safe. The balconies attached to some rooms are not cleaned at all. Only consolation is the lake, and option of dining in a pizza place closeby which offers great pizza at affordable rates. One may go up hill to see the ruins of old church, the bell tower is not always opened. Will not stay here again.

A nice cul-de-sac hotel by the lake. The path around the small pool is not maintained well enough. The intent may be was to allow people to go around the lake of they choose to. This walk is not in the best of conditions. As far as the rooms go, good linen, clean towels and clean bath and rooms. So no complains there. We paid for the visit via an agent and this visit is part of a larger tour. We don't know the exact amount charged, hence cannot comment on money to value ratio.
