My husband and I have been travelling around Ireland staying at different B&B's but I have to say Haggert Lodge outshines them all. It's such a beautiful and tranquil place to stay. It was the best nights sleep I've had since arriving in Ireland. Maeve and her mum Maureen made us feel so welcome. The room was clean and spacious,...

We stayed two nights at Haggart Lodge. The two reasons I picked this place was the great reviews and the proximity to ancestral homelands. Maeve and her ma Maureen were so welcoming! October is usually end of the season but they had a room for us regardless. The bed was super comfy and the room was clean. The food was...

Haggart lodge is an absolutely amazing place in amazing setting. Maeve was an amazing host and couldn't do enough for us. The Irish breakfast was lovely, homemade soda bread and even made us sandwiches as we were on an early flight. Very child friendly. Can't wait to stay again.

I stayed here whilst I was enrolled for music classes 2016 at Tubercurry Summer School. It was lovely. I was made to feel very welcome on my stay of 3 nights and able to practice quietly. Breakfast was delicious. Maeve went to no end of trouble to provide an equivalent full on Irish gluten free breakfast for me which I...

We stopped for one night while starting the wild Atlantic way. Maeve was a great host, she recommended a beautiful drive to start off our holiday, and we weren't disappointed . Breakfast was brilliant. Room was clean. Couldn't recommend it enough. Just a bit gutted we didn't stay for longer so we could check out the walks in the surrounding...

We only stayed one night at Haggart Lodge but wish we could have stayed longer. Our room was beautiful and clean, the breakfast was amazing, and the owner (Maeve) was welcoming and funny. We also loved the setting in Aclare -- a small village with a couple of pubs.

Just returned from a most enjoyable 2 night stay. Received a warm, friendly greeting from Maeve, her husband Donal, her mother and the adorable Aidan. The first thing we noticed were the amazing views all around the property. Our room was extremely comfortable with a very generous king-size bed! Tea/coffee/biscuits were left in the room along with fresh water, milk...
