very tasty dinner.
It was really a treat to spend a night here, loved to see Chris in his element cooking for us, so nice to see him busy with his passion helped by his
lovely wife who took care of serving us.
Also the room was very comfortable and spotless.
We will be back shortly.

The location of the Archways is top notch, being only a short drive from the ferry or a trip to the sandy beach nearby.
The rooms are modern, comfortable and the wet rooms are a nice touch. There is also a lounge and dining room in which to relax.
The owners are very welcoming and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The food in particular is made to a very high standard, with a fantastic cooked breakfast available.

Stayed here several times now.
Going back soon to Pembroke on the ferry so that reminded me to write some comments.
1. Really friendly informal atmosphere.
2. Great food. Missed the breakfast times this arrival but Chris rustled up my requested choice of fayre ...
Service is not a problem here.
3. Comfortable rooms.
4. Easy access to ferry.
A pleasure to stay here. A better experience than either 4* in Wexford town.

We frquently stay in B & B's but the service and attention to detail at Archways was certainly a cut above the norm. One of the highlights was the superb dinner, and we would recommend it. We will definitely visit again

If you’re travelling to or from Ireland via Rosslare it would be very difficult to do better than to stay at ‘The Archways’, conveniently located on the N25 barely 4 miles from the harbour. This is not just a B&B ensuite spare room; this is a small hotel professionally run by the very welcoming Chris and Eileen Hadlington. Warn them in advance and they will provide dinner as well. If you’re catching a very early morning ferry they will serve a generous continental breakfast before you leave and provide a packed breakfast comprising a bacon sandwich; boiled egg; a bottle of water and some fruit to eat at a more sociable hour on the boat. If you can make a more leisurely start to the day their splendid Irish breakfast will see you through until dinner.

We stayed at Archways in early September 2016 and are continuously impressed by the warm welcome and great hospitality extended to us by our hosts Chris & Eileen. We indulged in the evening 3 course dinner and suffice to say the food is amazing. Chris (Chef) is passionate about the food he serves - just ask him about his pigs :) absolutely love this place.

We arrived after a long day of travelling to a warm welcome. We were shown to a suite with a very comfortable bed and great bathroom.
Dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious and the food homegrown and made or locally sourced. A wonderful choice.
