Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My husband and I stayed here for on a bed and breakfast package with three course dinners for our three nights! The experience was nothing short of wonderful! Chris and Eileen are the perfect hosts! Both are excellent at what they do! The breakfasts and dinners are outstanding with Chris sourcing all local ingredients to make the most amazing culinary experience! The Archways is in a fantastic location just 7 kilometres from Rosslare Harbour! Thank you Eileen and Chris for a thoroughly enjoyable stay! We will be back soon! Ray and Klara! Xx

This was an awesome and lovely experience to stay in a B&B and have also a very tasty dinner. It was really a treat to spend a night here, loved to see Chris in his element cooking for us, so nice to see him busy with his passion helped by his lovely wife who took care of serving us. Also the room was very comfortable and spotless. We will be back shortly.

Incredible bed and breakfast! I was warmly welcomed after taking advantage of the ample parking to park my motorbike. Then the evening meal - oh wow. Delicious and plentiful, made with Chris' expert culinary skill with local ingredients, I was full to bursting by dessert but could not say no to a third course. Breakfast was equally fantastic. A great stay, with lovely hosts, fantastic food, in a handy location for the Rosslare ferries.

A great place to stay. Hosts Eileen and Chris really know how to look after you. The breakfast was fabulous with black and white pudding, pork sausages, wonderful Irish bacon, homemade soda bread, the list goes on. The beds are very comfortable - what more could you want.

We have always stayed at archways before and after the ferry at Rosslare and Chris and Eileen have always been the perfect hosts. The accommodation is beautiful and the food is always some of the best food we eat on our Ireland travels. Thank you so much for our packed breakfast, trying to eat breakfast at 6am after a fabulous dinner cooked by Chris the night before, was too much. So sitting on the ferry with a lovely bacon sandwich and freshly squeezed orange juice etc. was heaven at a much more civilised hour! Thank you both for a lovely stay x

We booked one night before we headed home after a wonderful 2 week break in Ireland. All the reviews on here are spot on! The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the breakfast delicious! I really want to comment on the fresh fruit and also the home made bread - scrummy! The hosts were so friendly and welcoming too! Make sure you stay here if you want perfection!

We stayed overnight, to get the early morning ferry back to the UK. you could not ask for a better B & B, the best in Ireland, friendly hosts who could not do enough for us. Breakfast was wonderful and we were able to have it early to catch the 8am ferry. Thank you Chris and Eileen for the most wonderful stay.

Having read the praises of this establishment on TA we booked one night before catching the 8.45 morning ferry back to Pembroke. Our only regret was not booking an evening meal but the following morning's breakfast more than made up! Chris & Eileen are passionate about providing locally produced food as well as reducing the carbon footprint e.g. biomass heating. Nothing is too much trouble and you are made to feel very special as opposed to just another tourist passing through. We will return but will book our first night off the ferry with Archways to sample their evening meal.
