Stayed here two nights in early October while walking the Wicklow way. The accommodation was very comfortable. The local scenery was beautiful. Our hosts Sinnead and Owen couldn't have been more welcoming. And then they cooked for us. They clearly love food and it's preparation and seemed to really enjoy delivering their creations to the table to see our reactions.... More

We booked some rooms for a stay while walking the Wicklow Way. Everything was comfortable and clean, and the staff really went out of their way to do everything they could for us. The meals are the best I can remember while travelling at hotels, and extraordinary for a B&B. The rooms are comfortable and the showers had loads of... More

A wonderful welcome. Rooms had everything we could possibly have needed including ensuite bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was first class - better than most 5 star hotels and everything was homemade. We could see that the owner puts a lot of time and effort into all the little details. All in all very good value and we recommend... More

Just back from the most "Magical Wedding" that my cousin had in Ballybeg House and to call her super organized is an understatement - she had sent out the list of accommodation before anything was done with her Wedding to make sure we were all ok and had a place to stay from the list I was immediately drawn to... We Stayed here for one night as we were attending a family wedding in Ballybeg house. We booked very late on the evening of the wedding which was no problem at all , the key to our room was left out for us. The rooms were lovely and warm with the electric blanket turned on for our arrival. The breakfast was... More

I stayed in Sunindale for two nights in March while attending a wedding in the nearby Ballybeg House. The rooms are lovely, having everything you might need, and the breakfast is delicious. Most importantly, my friends and i were wonderfully looked after by the owner, Madge. A kind and warm person, she manages to make you feel minded - for... More

My wife and I along with my 89 year old mother spent 4 nights here in February 2013. First class rooms and first class breakfast. Madge couldn't do enough for us and was so kind. Would recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Sunindale B&B, a little bit outside Tinahely, is a wonderul and quiet place, really nice to rest. Great views and a sweet little table in the garden where you can sit and enjoy the silence. It was certainly the best choice for two tired Wicklow Way walkers (and the lady of the house gave us very tasty big breakfast).

We stopped at Sunindale for one night during our Wicklow Way walk. What a little gem! Set in a beautiful location on the outskirts of the town it is a lovely place. Madge gave us a very friendly welcome and cooked us an excellent breakfast the following day. I would recommend it to anyone.

Madge and Dennis were very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed afternoon tea and she packed us lunches as we were hiking the Wicklow Way.

“There are rooms in the house proper, as well as an annex at the back with private access to a single and triple room which was handy for coming back a bit later in the evening. It's a short walk from town back, and then up and down a hilly entrance, but there are local taxis available too.”

“If you want privacy, do not choose rooms number 2 and 3. They are adjacent to the place where breakfast is served and you can be easily heard from there if you forget to close your window - and seen, if you forget to put the curtains...”
