Was advised to pick this one instead of Vinpearl Phu Quoc for the early year season. It is because during the early part of the year, the sea here is calmer and you have better time to enjoy the sea. The staffs are friendly and try to make you feel the best. We stayed in a suit with two double...

We had a gorgeous view of the beach from our sea view room and took in some amazing sunsets during our 3 night stay! The room was a good size; very comfortable with everything we needed for a short stay. Our only complaint was the food - we had dinner in the hotel just one night and it was average....

Our room was in the new building, next to the main road. Nice big rooms. Only drawback was lack of balcony. Also, since there were no balcony, the sun shun directly on the window causing the room to be extremely warm when getting back from the beach. And, since the room was quite big, you have to run the AC...

We had a Deluxe Garden View Room. Positive things about the hotel: -Spacious rooms and bathrooms -Reasonable prices at the Beach Bar(much better prices here than in other hotelbars). -Beautiful garden surroundings. -Familyfriendly hotel(there is a lot to play with for kids at the hotel). -Clean all around the resort and rooms. -Helpful and friendly staff. -The beach was OK,...

We upgraded with our travel agents to a sea view room and on arrival were offered a garden bungalow which we declined as we really wanted to be able to look out of the sea. I think they were doing some works on a few rooms at the time. Unfortunately the sea view we got was limited so left disappointed....

First of all, I am really impressed by their service. I booked a deluxe sea view room, but when we got here, the hotel gave us a grand deluxe one, which is bigger and has a great view to the sea, with no extra charge (took alot of nice pics in this room). Beside that, we happened to stay here...

Chose this place as we read it had a clean beach...and it does. We walked 2 ks north of Eden along the beach and Eden has the best beach front in the area by a long shot. Our room had a balcony looking over a smelly lake, but we didn't need the balcony as the resort grounds were fabulous. Lovely...

1) bedroom door lock doesn't work 2) bed very hard and old 3) unsafe electrical in bedside table 4) airport 5 min away and planes go over very often This is not a 4 star more like 2/2.5 star or a hostel. There are so many beautiful hotels in Vietnam, take your money elsewhere.

My boyfriend and I stayed 5 nights, this was our first time to Vietnam and we were extremely happy we chose Phu Quoc as our beach destination. The resort itself was very nice. The beach is lovely, the sand is clean, they have a private beach area with plenty of beach chairs so no fighting to wake up early in...
