Extremely welcoming and helpful staff from the first telephone booking to checkout. Quiet hotel and just a short walk to the beach with easy parking directly before and behind the hotel. The rooms (2 doubles) we had were clean but rather small as we had a wheelchair user. Also both bathrooms were too small for wheelchair user. Good choice of menu for dinner and breakfast.

Family own business. House in northern German style. The rooms are big and clean. The location is good. WiFi works well. The staff and owner are very nice and helpful. Good restaurant as well. Small but nice wine list. Recommended.

The hotel decoration style is traditional cosy and friendly. All the employees not speak very well english that Why sometimes it is difficult .... Sauna is available but you had to ask 30 minutes before. Hammam and jacuzzy are off.... You can play pool and darts at the underground bar but we do not understood the timetable, it seams depend of the receptionist. The restaurant is well and the price are not so expensive. The breakfast is good especeally homemade crep in a partial veranda. Room are clean and large.

Great hotel. We visited for a two-night stay during our holiday in Hamburg. Very quiet; staff is very friendly and helpful; quaint in many ways. Rooms are immaculate and very comfortable. Ours had a balcony with lovely views. Breakfast was excellent. It is served in a charming, sunny room with fine table service in addition to the generous and varied buffet. Hotel staff is excellent and accommodating in every way. We enjoyed the experience.
