Room was updated but needed to be vacuumed, service was professional and friendly, breakfast buffet was quite good as was the Vietnamese restaurant. Shower pressure varied greatly. Convenient location next to market.

Hotel is not bad; but it is definitely not great. Rooms could use a refit. Chair is visibly worn down; curtains might be hanging for a decade or two and the bathroom needs a good scrub (and some descaler...) WIFI speed is a joke. All in all: I was expecting more. Staff is friendly, true. However when staying overnight it is the room that counts.

We were on a tour called Circle of Europe. The rooms were not at all up to a four star hotel. The reservation desk and other hotel personnel were very short, rude and not at all helpful. The hotel had construction going on and in the morning had NO SIGNS OR CLEAR instructions on where or how to get to the breakfast area provided for our group. We stayed at a total of nine hotels on our tour and this was by far the worst!

We were booked into here by my cousin, who was getting married nearby, so we didn't know what to expect. It seemed a bit odd, with businesses and offices by the rooms, but it was all fine. Very friendly, helpful staff, especially at breakfast time, where there was loads of choice on the buffet. There was no air con in our room, but luckily it wasn't too hot while we stayed.

Nothing to take about home. But comfortable in such a small industrial city and good for an over night stay. Basic amenities and no frills. Has a good Vietnamese restaurant. Bar was closed on a Sunday .
