I've been to many glamping and camping sites all over the world - from the USA to Egypt and many countries around Europe, and I can confidently say that this was one of my best stays so far. It was an ideal, secluded spot for our group of friends to get together and celebrate New Year's Eve. We cooked some pizza in the lovely pizza oven provided, and also using the indoors kitchen facilities while blasting music. The pod, caravan and the bus were all very clean (the sheets are routinely changed and cleaned professionally as the lovely host, Adrian, explained), and they were also very warm at night despite being in the middle of winter. In the morning we went on the "wellness walk" which was also super lovely as we got to see more of Ireland's charming countryside. Glasson is also a very nice small village worth exploring, with a cute little crafts store and local pub.
Overall, I would absolutely repeat this experience again and I definitely recommend Glasson Glamping Farm to those who're looking for a great glamping experience in the beautiful countryside of Ireland.

Spent four nights on The Green Bus. It was fantastic.
Spotless clean and so well stocked . It is really spacious, we were a family of two adults one teen and two children and we had loads of room. The bus is really comfortable and has everything you could need. Including a stove if you are cold.
The glaping kitchen beside the bus is handy. The communal facilities were immaculate and glampers kitchen stocked with all cooking utensils you would need. The pizza oven is brilliant and pizzas were very tasty. We had a great time.
Children were safe and all kids on the site mixed and were running around and playing hide n seek together in the lawn area between the different accommodation. It was one of the best breaks we have had as a family. There is a walk around the farm which is lovely. Adrian was an excellent host and was on site for any queries and questions. I would really recommend going to Glasson Glamping. Make sure you bring marshmallows to toast. Can't wait to go back.

We stayed in the green and red buses, adults and kids had a well needed post lockdown break. Kids loved the buses and running around the gardens, it was so safe. We made pizzas and toasted marshmallows and everything was spotless. The host was very helpful and there were many changes made to ensure safety of guests in line with HSE requirements. A little pricey but you are paying for the experience. I would highly recommend.

We were a group of 6 people, 2 adults and 4 kids, and we stayed in the red bus for three nights. It's a large bus, very clean, great beds and with its own toilet. Adrian, who runs the place, is very helpful. Two nights in a row he lit the communal wood fire pizza oven, and we rolled out our dough - great fun and very tasty.
There is also a communal BBQ, pool table, table tennis table, spotless showers, and toilets. All in all, it's a great place, close to Dublin, and great value, too.

First time glamping will not be the last here.
We were a family group and had the red bus, the green bus and the pod.
The set up for all the accommodation was excellent. I was not even expecting electricity, but in all the units there was even a small fridge and a heater.
Outside the pod where we stayed was a little kitchen and a separate flush toilet with wash basin.
The beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet ( well after we all went to bed it was).
There are two large covered outdoor areas that had fire pits that the owner lit in the evening.
There is a lovely walk you can follow around the farm and see the cows.
It was so good that some of us have already booked to return.

Just back from a three night stay in glasson glamping. Having never done glamping we didn't know what to expect. However, on arrival we were more than happy with the accommodation and the welcome we received. This is a great place to stay for couples and families alike. We stated in the pod which had it's own seating area and fire pit which came in very handy in the evenings. We were always supplied with enough sticks and fire lighters to keep us warm while we sat out and looked at the stars. This place is also well situated with regards to amenities in particular the lakehouse restaurant where we celebrated my birthday . Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Communal showers were immaculate, Games room had everything to entertain kids in the evening, a lovely green area in the campsite for kids to play, very safe and peaceful and only 20mins from Athlone. We stayed 3 nights, two adults & three children. The facilities are great, everything you need & more lovely extras like pizza oven & games for children, ours loved the table tennis. We brought ball & Hurley's & they played all day on the beautiful green area. Adrian lit the fires in the evening where we toasted marshmallows, he was always on hand when needed & great for local info. We ate in "The kitchen" one eve in the local centra this was fab & such good value. Veronica on site was brilliant so friendly & helpful & full of chat which was lovely! We enjoyed the lovely little walk around site too. We cannot wait to return. Our 3rd glamp site to visit & by far the best.

Fantastic facilities, lovely walks on site. Premises and accommodation spotless. Lovely place for a family holiday couldn't recommend enough. Pizza oven and plenty of cooking facilities on site, you need not pack anything other than kids and food.

First of all, let me tell you I am not "a glamper"! Far from it, if truth be known. The only reason I ended up staying here was because of Daisy, our little dog as we couldn't find any other accommodation that accepted dogs. Whilst my sister, brother in law and their little girl checked into their lovely nearby hotel, myself, my little girl and I apprehensively put Glasson Glamping Farm into Google Maps. Although the site is only a couple of miles from the lovely little village of Glasson, the narrow winding roads make it feel a lot longer the first time you drive. And what a fantastic surprise we were met with at the end of a lane! We stayed in the Lavender Wagon, which is a retro style caravan with a converted horsebox divided in 2 to accommodate a small kitchen and bathroom. Everything was spotless and the caravan comfortable. There was only 2 of us and Daisy, but the caravan would sleep 4 comfortably. There was also a kitchen to share and a very comfortable seating area in front of a roaring stove. The games room for the kids is better than I have seen in 4* hotels and provided endless entertainment for my little girl who met up with other kids on the site. Each little pitch has its own pit for a fire to roast marshmallows which is great for the kids and adults to sit around and chill with a beer. Loved this place, its small, feels very safe and is spotlessly clean. The owners are very hands on and helpful too. From chatting to seasoned "glampers" there, this is 5* glamping. Definitely worth a visit.
