My husband and I stayed at Sweetfield for our honeymoon and loved it. It was the perfect place for us. We stayed in the Hummingbird Nook which was a beautiful and quiet oasis. This Inn is perfect for anyone who doesn't want an all inclusive major resort and something quaint and quiet. We were able to walk to the beach...

This is a gem of a bed and breakfast in a restored early 1900's plantation house near Bridgetown with a wonderful view of the ocean. We had the best room, Hummingbird Suite, secluded from the main house with a porch and swing and right next to the pool! We went to bed listening to tree frogs and cascading water and...

We have stayed here three times as a jumping off point to another destination in the Caribbean. For us it has been a lovely quiet oasis in which to start and end our holiday. Both times they accompdated us when we arrived early and stayed late . Michelle and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The gourmet breakfast...

Looking for a place to stay for one night before starting our cruise I opted for the Sweetfield Manor, got a quote for that night, confirmed my reservation and received a new 10% marked-up price. Well, not my idea of a professional process, which I let them know, and cancelled my request. Their reason: high season. Since the date hadn't...

Dear Zoc888, Thanks for your email . We are currently in discussions with your tour operator as it relates to the 10% service charge. The service charge is applied to all base rates along with the VAT regardless of the season. Sweetfield Manor is a multipurpose venue(we host wedding, corporate parties, product launches etc.) and in order to create a...

From the beginning to the end the staff was amazing. Our room (Bananaquit) was just a perfect size with extra space to store our things. Nice deck with outdoor bed. The very best is the pool that looks like a pond with plants all around. Its water is just perfect, no chlorine smell, always clean and fresh. The prescription: sunbathing,...

Stopped over in Barbados after 2 dreamy idyllic weeks in St Vincent. Were desperately seeking somewhere quite, homely, boutique and relaxing. We walked in and instantly loved the feel of this place. Beautiful details everywhere you looked. A former plantation that had been kept in its original Colonial style in every way. This was a real treat in every way...

We're delighted to have selected this small B&B for our one night in Barbados, prior to boarding a Windstar cruise. The property is a restored plantation home, sitting atop a small knoll overlooking the cruise port and ocean beyond. About 20 minutes by cab from the airport and perhaps 10 minutes from the cruise port, it is well situated for...

Wonderful introduction to the caribean lifestile. This place is just what you need to really relax after a long flight. The facility has unique porches with swinging beds on the porch and interesting room decors. To top it off the included breakfast is as good or better than most gourmet restuarents.(four courses).

My sister & I stayed at Sweetfield Manor last week for 5 days and it's a wonderful B&B. The staff were very friendly, accommodations were comfortable & the breakfasts were delicious. The grounds are well kept with an awesome lagoon pool & the beautiful beaches are only a pleasant 10 min. walk for some good exercise. We highly recommend and...
