Had a terrible experience at Kilua Resort. Was mislead to gain access to the beach bar by paying at the point of entry with the assurance that the payment was refundable. The staff then led us to the bar and left. At the point of payment. We are informed by the barman that Kilua don't own the bar. No assistance from staff.

Hello Levih, We do not allow people to use our place as a passage without using our facilities. Incase you'd want to go to Flamingo, kindly use their entrance. The payment you made was a cover charge redeemable at our restaurant on that day.

headed over to Kilua for a meeting over lunch. The food and ambiance is just spot on. The service and facilities are excellent. There is also a special feeling of exclusivity due to its away from the hustle and bustle of the city

I stayed at Kilua in a 3 bedroom apartment with a couple of friends and out kids. Not only were the rooms huge and spacious, the view was breathtaking. We had a helper who made our meals in the apartment and the kitchen equipment was great. I definitely recommend this place especially for those with kids who will not leave the pool and enjoy their beach time.

Giving it 1 star ‘cause there’s no zero star. Property located at a great place but VERY poor management of it. They do not take clients expectations and requests seriously at all! At least just clean the rooms well, make sure there’s hot water showers; like BARE MINIMUM expectations! when we complained about no hot water showers three days in a row, they sent someone up with an electric kettle! 🤦🏽♀️ NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!
