We booked a 2 night stay here using DVC points as we had some spare to use up. We could only book a superior room through the DVC and my husband had to contact the hotel to check if there was availability to upgrade to The Castle Club. I was unaware my husband was organising this - nice surprise when we go to the hotel!! We were taken upstairs from the lobby to the Castle Club elevators and taken upstairs to check in. Not only were we now staying in the Castle Club but as it was a little quieter they had upgraded us to one of the Tinkerbelle suites!! It was really magical to have so much space and room to relax. The bed was really comfortable and the shower/bathrooms were very clean. Lots of toiletries and the turn down service was really lovely too. Being in The Castle club we had full use of the lounge - afternoon tea, hot and cold (soft) drinks whenever we wanted throughout the day AND the fabulous buffet breakfast with a few characters!! SO much fun waving with Mickey as people were heading into the park!! We spent both evenings in the lounge watching Illuminations with hot chocolate - seriously perfect end to an evening!! We cannot fault the Cast Members at all - they were all very welcoming, friendly, helpful and definitely went above and beyond for us. When we checked in Antonio sorted out our park tickets (all pre-ordered through the DVC) and the Priority Pass because of my reduced mobility - much easier that how I'd read it would be online!! Having the private lift that also took us straight down to the park entrance from the Castle Club was very useful, especially for me. All the Christmas decorations were up during our stay and we have some wonderful photos taken of us by the cast members. It really was a perfect break for us, some Disney Magic just before Christmas and we're doing it all again this November - I cannot recommend this hotel enough if you want a bit of luxury during your stay at Disneyland Paris

We stayed at the Disneyland Hotel outside of Paris for 3 days/2 nights in late Feb 2020. I'm not sure why I'd want to stay there again. First the positives: The front desk staff is really helpful. They speak French, English, German and Spanish. Very confident in them. The inside of the room was large and very nice. You can't beat the location for the two Disney parks. Really the best location possible. Unfortunately, the negatives out weight the positives. This is a 5 star hotel, so I expect 5 star service. They don't make up the rooms each night. The 3 star hotel we stayed at in Paris made up the rooms each night. A five star hotel can't? The toilet in our room wouldn't shut off. Had to lift the lid and reset the plunger. Again, my 3 star hotel in Paris had reliable plumbing. The hot-tub in the hotel started to push out cold water. The only response from the pool staff was to put up a sign that the hot tub was now closed. Many parts of the hotel looked tired (again this is a five star hotel). Directions to the hotel from the train station are lacking; the hotel should be able to put one staff person in the station so people can quickly find the hotel ... DON'T USE GOOGLE MAPS, they will take you the wrong way. Also, to get to the train station you have to walk an extra 500 meters. In the cold rain this is not a nice experience. Come on Disney, make it easier for my to at least get to the train station (I'll accept to come back I need to go through the security check point). If this were a 3 star hotel I might have ranked them a 3 or 4, but this is a 5 star premium hotel. They didn't meet expectations

Pros -Great location in park - Nice reception area Cons -very dated. Hasn’t been updated since the 1990s. Still have Snow White wallpaper in the rooms! - staff rude and not helpful. Typical France and the same across the park - breakfast has poor selection for a 5 star hotel. Coffee was gross. -prices in the hotel bar and restaurant r are extortionate and the food was average I wouldn’t stay here given the high prices again. Not worth your hard earned cash.

Today me and my family were meant to travel to Disneyland. However , we were unable to catch our flight because I am 8 months pregnant and fell and injured myself were I am now In hospital. I contact the property to see if we can change the dates and explained the situation and stated due to my injury I was not able to fly today that dan I just amend the date and they were cutting me off when speaking on the phone , being very rude and were not willing to do anything in there power to help me. I paid £410 just for one night and they were not willing to change the date , give me credit for the hotel or a refund at all and stated it does not matter what happen they are not doing it. I will not advise anyone to stay there or myself go there after the way I spoke to or treated.

What an absolutely amazing experience. Myself and my daughter stayed at The Disneyland Hotel Castle Club. We arrived at Castle Club 26/2/2020 after my Daughter surprised me. From the moment we arrived at Castle Club we were greeted by our Concierge and made to feel welcome and at home. On our arrival we met the Characters the minute we walked into the Castle Club Lounge. All the cast we met could not do enough for us. We had a fabulous breakfast and afternoon tea included. Our room was beautiful and comfortable with little special touches. We had our evening meals in the Inventions restaurant where we also met the characters, the food was fabulous. Thank you to all the Cast for making our stay at Castle Club the most amazing experience. An experience I will remember for the rest of my life.

Had a family holiday in Disneyland Paris for 5 nights,6 days.Stayed in Disneyland Hotel. We had absolutely brilliant experience. We had Superior Family Room, very clean and specious.Staff in the Hotel was very helpful and friendly. Rooms are made and got cleaned every day, with daily towels change, beds made, bathrooms tidied, essentials replaced. Both restaurants are lovely Inventions and California Grill.Good variety of food for adults and children.Character lunch was amazing, kids loved it,as characters came along and interacted well with them.As a family,we had such an amazing time, best time ever, and lots of memories left, which make as feel like coming back soon again. Would definitely recommended Disneyland Hotel.

I don't recommend families to stay at Disneyland Hotel Paris. I don't like negative reviews but I feel justified in saying it's definitely not a 5* hotel, I feel cheated out of the experience we should have got and didn't. From poor service to an over priced experience please be aware of what you are booking. I had 4 days / 3 nights in Feb half term here for what should have been a special time for family. My 4 year old has already forgotten that's she's been to DLP, that's how memorable it was for her 2 weeks later :( Here's my summary on a few of the key points. Location - Only excellent thing to say about it. This was our reason for staying there as I am disabled, using a wheelchair and needed to be able to access the hotel as required. Check in - chaotic and you really cannot check in til 3pm Rooms - run down, wallpaper peeling over, 1 socket, patchy wifi, overpriced mini bar, also you're not allowed the use the fridge! Family of 5 - room only made up for 4. Bathroom - disgusting. No disabled / walk in facilities available in Family rooms. Despite asking on Customer Service line before arrival and at Check in. Swimming pool - Freezing cold, too small for the size of the hotel, if you have mobility issues - no offer of help to get in or out. Shop - very expensive just like all the other shops across the park Fantasia bar - No enough seats night or day, over priced Inventions Restaurant - Rude, couldn't careless staff - Even if I would say 'Bonjour' - they would ignore me and speak to my husband over me!!! Character Lunch - Do not book the 2.30pm sitting - they are starting to clear everything away when you finally get in (we had to queue for ages despite our reservation) the staff huff & puff at you if you want anything such as a drink & staff did not help me select anything from the buffet (even though I was in a wheelchair with my 4 year old struggling with 2 plates!) and my daughter hardly saw any characters as they bypassed our table. A real waste of one of our half board meals. I was gutted by this and left a real bad taste in our mouths! Breakfast - doesn't start til 7.30am there are long queues, people pushing in as one person had been sent to queue up and then the Disney characters start coming out 8am and queues for these start forming before this in the same place as breakfast! It's crazy! Park - Stunning on first sight but then you see it for what it actually is. Closed rides, long queues, expensive outlets crammed with tat, stalls that are shut, too many people crammed in once place. People smoking wherever they wanted, flaunting the no selfie stick rule. The magic hour (staying at Disney hotels means you get in an hour before other ticket hoders) but this is not really quite do able due to chaotic queuing at breakfast time and breakfast not starting until 7.30am! See above. Also every DLP hotel offers magic hour so its still really busy anyway - also no one particular Disabled entrance so people would just push past us. Crew members inside the park are best described as uninterested and unhelpful. If you asked where something was, they would vaguely point and mumble something. Sometimes they would shrug. Parade - the one on 16th Feb 2020 was cancelled at the very last minute - ie everyone turned up at 5pm and then the announcer simply stated and the parade is cancelled. Really poor communication. Character Meet & Greets - different to inside the hotel! We did not know that in the park you had to book these! My daughter saw line empty with Goofy and headed straight for them - only to be physically stop by 2 male crew members, who then shouted at us that we have to book on the internet and no other information was forth coming. This greatly upset my 4 year old as you can imagine. The line was empty and no one was around - what harm would it have done to let her see them? Saddened we walked away. Again really poor communication. We were 1st time visitors to DLP, and since coming home have learnt Lineberty is apparently the app to use! So our daughter missed out. I could go on and on but I don't want to do that. My point was to warn others thinking of booking this. You are promised the chance to glide into a magical life of luxury but not once did this hotel deliver it for us, which is such a shame. It's unlikely we would every return here. In fact since coming home we have told friends & family we would recommend the Legoland Windsor hotel & theme park of the example getting it right over this. Overall really disheartened and we are sending a complaint due to the way I was treated as a disabled guest to try and ensure they update their poor practice. A massive waste of money. We paid £3,500 for half board 4 days / 3 nights including park entry in a superior room. It really was not worth it.

This hotel is ranked as a 5 star hotel. Which is NOT ! nothing about it is 5 star or even 4 star. The TV is a computer monitor and the furniture is old and weary. The breakfast is basic and the service is not there. The only good thing about it is the location. We had a problem with the toilet and after 3 attempts not one cared to come and fix it. I had to do it myself so my kids can use it. It is expensive because they knew the parents will do anything for their kids. It is sad but true when it comes to Disney ! everything over priced

Just home from a three day trip. Four adults and two children. The location is fantastic and the access to characters excellent. We were half board so had breakfast and dinner. We ate in the Inventions Restaurant two nights great character experience for the kids. We booked character breakfast in the park. It was a queuing free for all. But again worth it for the kids. Fantasia bar was as you would expect ,not on the cheap side. A Diet Coke was around €7 and a Havana Club €16 or so. So €23 in total. The staff in the hotel were amazing couldn’t fault any of them. We also booked the Princess for the day experience, so worth it.

Never easy to make a larger family booking (party of 11) with Disneyland Paris but all arrangements (meal bookings, allocation of rooms etc.) went smoothly. Hotel was great spacious rooms, great resturants. good location. Few problems with the magic cards but swiftly resolved by the hotel team.
