Friendly people, great food, nice room, convenient location. Only complaint was that I was put next to the room being renovated, although this led me to check out the spa for some relaxation which was great, friendly staff and shortly I was fast asleep. Apparently the restaurant is famous for the lamb shank and I can see why, it's delicious....

Basic spa facility but none the less i had a beautiful full body aromatherapy massage which was welcome after 2 days of hiking ! Staff were lovely. We had a tasty lunch first and chilled in the upstaira lounge after our treatment.

spacious rooms, nice and friendly staff, very good breakfast and dinner. The bathroom was a bit old fashioned, therefore no full rating. The location was good for hiking in the Tsitsikamma national park.

We appreciate your review of your recent say with us. We are thrilled to hear you liked our spacious rooms;- indeed they are super sized, and our lovely staff and our unique food. Upgrading of bathrooms (Boekenhout will shortly be ready for re-launch) has already begun, but you can understand that the process is difficult with our many guests ..and...

hi! we found it a little confusing to find Armagh as the road to the mouth also has Armagh listed at the entrance to THAT road. We were under the impression there was a view of the river but there`s none. Its quite a problem and distance from the parking area to the rooms in the rain luggage wise too....

So sorry for the confusion. In our area there is StormsRiver Village AND StormsRiver Mounth (Tsitsikamma National Marine Park) where the majestic Storms River flows into the sea. We are in the Village of StormsRiver and there isn't a river view, and with great respect, nowhere does it indicate that on our website. Armagh has been under the present ownership...

Had a wonderful stay. Really enjoyed the weekend. The staff was friendly and hospitable. Only had 1 problem where the cleaning ladies did not clean my room at all,but the lady on duty was more than happy to clean up in the evening (not really ideal but it made a difference to my perception )

spacious cottages with all amenities including warm blankets for chilly days as well as fireplace. Candlewood cottage is more luxurious than oak cottage. Warm welcome from staff and excellent dinner served in their restaurant. although it was a rainy weekend the atmosphere in the dining area were romantic with a fireplace and candles.

If you ever want friendly service from people prepared to actually put the time in to make you feel welcome and comfortable, then Armagh Country Lodge provides just that. They extremely helpful during the booking process, especially when it comes to someone like me who likes to chop and change their minds. They were always accommodating, which, in my opinion,...

The poeple were friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice. You can find the Guesthouse easy from the N2. There was a good spa. Good massage. The breakfast was good, but the portion was a litle bit small.
