We stayed at Swallows Nest for just one night before kayaking down Storms River in the morning. Rooms need privacy perhaps by way of net curtains. Bathroom cupboard - end wood is tired and could do with being replaced. When sitting outside the chalet, absolutely no privacy, perhaps a small hedge could be grown. This would also offer privacy into the lounge and bedroom windows.

Other than a smelly drain odour and traffic a bit noisy at night, had a very pleasant stay. Staff very friendly and accommodating, good breakfast and clean rooms. Well equipped chalets. Neat and tidy gardens.

Enjoyed everything except there is no privacy from other guests passing by and the garden lights are too bright at night for a good nights sleep..although the curtains are thick, they still shine into the bedroom. Guests next door were outside on their patio socialising till the early hours.

We had a lovely stay at the Swallows nest. The cottages themselves are so neat and well-kept and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. We promise to be back again soon.

Most beautiful place we have ever stayed at. Tranquil and the great mountain backdrop. Home from home and even better. Bedding was so clean, fresh and comfortable. What a beautiful bathroom and kitchen. total relaxation and the gardens are so well-kept.
