Claire an extremely pleasant and attentive hostess, nice clean well appointed rooms, excellent WIFI in room 6, only minus is that it is near the side entrance and guest using that entrance kept on slamming the door, but that only lasted a very short while. The Dining Room was very pleasant, great starters and desserts with an amuse bouche to... More

Driving back to Caen and Portsmouth from Italy, this lucky find was an excellent way to finish our holiday. Brilliant restaurant, specialising in fish, but with other options. The tastes just melded together, and made this one of our very best meals in France. I recommend the salmon with celariac and ginger, and the grilled pineapple with passion fruit and... More

This Logis is a traditional restaurant with rooms which is hospitable and well-managed and has an excellent, though limited, table. It is quiet, as almost all rooms face a rear garden. The restaurant is open every day, which means that it is popular on Mondays when others are closed. We were welcomed warmly and enjoyed both our evening meal and... More

On our way to Dijon passing through Vezelay we booked this small hotel on line. When we arrived we found a quaint hotel on the outside, more modern on the inside, a welcoming husband and wife team, and the husband/proprietor- a "maître restaurateur". He prepared one of the best dinners we have ever had, offered wine pairing suggestions when asked,... More

We spent one night at the hotel while visiting nearby Vezelay. The hotel/restaurant has private parking on the hotel grounds and across the street. This is a two story building with rooms on the upper floor, over the restaurant. No elevator but we had help with our luggage. We used an exterior staircase which was less steep and more convenient... More

We have now stayed at Les Fleurs several times, and have never encountered the slightest flaw with it. It is a perfect stopover in every respect. The welcome is good, the rooms (and we have tried three different rooms now), are beautiful, with large firm beds, sumptious pillows, and duvets, and the food is magnificient. The village is ideal for... More

There are logis and then there are logis, this definitely came into the second category i.e. pdg (pretty damn good). The welcome was wonderful, Claire made us feel at home straight away, the room was delightful, the hotel had recently been refurbished. We chose the 19Euros50 3 coursemenu and the meal was as good as it gets with so many... More

Clean, comfortable rooms and wonderful restaurant. Very welcoming owner who made sure our one night stay was comfortable. Room adequate for a short stay but if staying longer may need a bigger room. The highlight of our stay was the evening meal at the restaurant which offered us a feast of local cuisine in wonderful garden. The quality of the... More

I have stayed at Les Fleurs, with my husband and dog, several times now. It never fails to please. The room and bathroom is delightful, with a large bed, duvet, soft pollows etc. A beautiful bathroom with good quality towels. The evening meal is outstanding. Delicious food and wine at reasonable prices, all very attentively served. An excellent breakfast -... More
