For what it costed and what we got Elpis was actually lovely. We got a better room as it was our anniversary and asked if we could pay for a room viewing the sea with a double bed but they upgraded us for free (this was all via email) The room was lovely and spacious, lovely view and very clean....

Firstly, I highly recommend Bali itself - a lovely little town with nice beaches, and you can easily get to bigger towns via public transport. The Elpis apartments are decent value for money, the rooms are basic but clean, and if you are lucky you can get a nice view of the mountains from the balcony. The pool is nice,...

Great value one bedroom apartment with large balcony on the road through belie with all beaches within walking distance. Good pool for our six year old and a bar by the pool. We found the beaches at the port and furthest one along the best. Really good for snorkelling. Need to get there early though to catch it at its...

We booked 2 weeks at the Amalia apartments but dues to a flight change we needed an additional 2 days and unfortunately the Amalia was full and so we booked the Elpis. It was a lovely weekend away at the end of our holiday. The owners are delightful, unbelievably helpful even phoning to tell us out room was ready. I...

The location of this hotel is set back from the road, not a main Highway, just a normal road leading into the resort. Wonderful pool and pool bar. The rooms are extremely clean and well kept. With air conditioning and safes. Poppi and Dimitris are excellent hosts and always make the effort to talk to the guests, and join us...

This hotel is well situated, near to all shops and beaches. Good prices and spacious rooms with kitchnets so you can cook. Only the beds are not very good (noisy). Very clean and and the balconies are great. I will recommand this hotel with pleasure, and surely go back there.

Just returned from 2 weeks in Bali. Booked 3 rooms at the Elpis in January, but on arrival we were told due to overbooking 1 room was in an overflow room at the apartments next door called Blue Horizon. Supposedly of the same standard as the Elpis, the room was at the back of the complex close to the pool...

We had two sets of friends on Crete at the same time we were at Elpis and both sets of friends visiting us at Elpis would also recommend staying there. Not far to...
