Currently we’re here. After long discussion we have chosen first 4* in our life, based on reviews. Could we make better choice? No!!! The hotel is absolutely amazing, so clean and spacious. STAFF!!! I’ve never seen a place where absolutely every member of staff sincerely smiles. I haven’t got all their names but one- waiter in the main restaurant Adrian. So much attention to the details, next day he remembered that I don’t like to sit under the aircon and always managed to find us quiet, cosy place. All staff is a massive asset to this hotel and must be valued. Pools seem to be occupied at all the time but still plenty of sunbeds any time of the day. We never went to the pool but pool bar and snack bar and cake corner always busy, however staff seem to manage efficiently and there was never massive queues. Beach is so beautiful, plenty of sunbeds and despite amount of people no crowds. You have enough space for recreation. Water is crystal clear and so still. If you like snorkelling bring your mask with you, prices here for the equipment are about 8 times higher than on Amazon. Lovely beach bar working from 10 am to 6 pm and in the evening serves as a la karte. I’m sure it’s great as well. To get to the beach you need to cross a small road and make pretty few steps down, would be inconvenient for people with limited abilities or with buggies, however there is longer way without the steps. Food is delicious, very good and tasty. Not 15 similar meals, every meal is different. Every day we had 4 different types of meat, including pork, couple types of fish and some sea food. Staff constantly brings fresh meals, no matter how late you came you will eat fresh and hot. Delicious fruits, everywhere, 24/7 I bet. So many different cheeses and cold meats, olives are so so tasty. Can’t comment on alcohol, but house wine was ok. Rooms are clean and spacious, free safe and really big wardrobe. And lovely LED lights made it cosy. Minibar stocked every second day, definitely not enough water. I’m not sure if they would give you extra, we just bought ours in the shop, but 8 cans of fizzy drinks was indeed enough for two days. No toiletries or slippers or gowns, supposedly due to COVID-19. Bring your own or buy overpriced here, however down the road are plenty of shops and pharmacies, surely everything is available there. Cleaning and towels change every day. Overall I rate it as strong five stars and it will be the hotel I will return to. For the management if they read it-please review the quality of juices, renovate toilets on the beach and allow unlimited bottled water and you definitely can add the fifth star!!! We’re enjoying every minute in Rodos Princess Beach.

2nd year returning to the Rhodos Princess beach hotel and another amazing holiday. our great expectations have been met every time, wonderful food and wonderful staff, the guy that does the crepes at the pool bar (michalis) is very friendly and welcoming and will always give you a smile, the animation crew are also very friendly and always game for a laugh, they very talented and entertaining. Breakfast and dinner can get quite busy at some times but is well managed by the staff. breakfast and dinner does get quieter toward the end of service and food is still nice and fresh at these times I see the meal staff regularly changing food for fresh dishes We look forward to returning next year with more of the family

Advantages: good selection of food, family room for moderate price, comfortable beds, the beach and the beach bar. Disadvantages: we had sea view family room and it was really noisy at night because of animation. Even with the closed window. Once we heard a drunk party till 1.00 am. At the reception we were told that all family rooms are situated at that wing. Others are far away from the sea. The quite room they had costs extra. Really? Wine is disappointing, unable to drink. Non-alcoholic cocktails in the bar are water with syrup. No cocktails at the beach bar. In all inclusive package water is not included except for 4 small bottles in the minibar for 4 people for 2 days. I need either to buy it or bring in glasses from the bar. It is not allowed to take a glass bottle from the restaurant (even if you return it). Despite very positive impression at the first day of arrival, the above inconveniences made my holiday much less comfortable than I expected. For families with children, note that the beach is across the small road with limited traffic. So the children must be accompanied by adults on the way to the beach. I would prefer to know about this road in advance, but you will not see this road at the hotel pictures or anywhere in the description.

So our first time to Greece and we couldn't fault the hotel and the staff the animation team we're fantastic so friendly and very funny. The food was great the pools were amazing we had a swim up room it was fantastic. We will definitely come back again. The two guys pictured below we're just the funniest ever I mean all the animation team were out of this world but these two have a special spot in our hearts.

First the positives, we had a great time it’s a beautiful hotel great location, generally great food and drinks, lovely beach taverna for drinks and lunch during the day, mostly friendly staff, and the evening shows weren’t too bad for hotel entertainment, plenty of effort put in, comedy night was almost funny… Slides were great fun, even more so when the lifeguard breaks for lunch and everyone takes the inflatables on!! On the downside, the main dining hall is really chaotic during breakfast and dinner, not a relaxing experience and food did get a bit repetitive after a few days. Some theme nights would’ve worked well but it was the same staples with just a few differences. You can have an evening meal at the beach restaurant and poolside restaurant once each during your stay, but wine (25e) and beer suddenly become payable, something that is only revealed once you sit down which is a bit of a sly move. There were quite a few ants that kept coming back in the room, they cleared them once but I used my own spray after that. Things like mini golf clubs and table tennis bars can only be borrowed during daytime hours which is poor, also with the games room closed they should’ve put some more activities outside like a pool table for instance . Arranging a late check out room was chaotic, and eye wateringly expensive, and after 3 attempts to book I still got locked out. Afterwards there was a suggestion that somehow you were expected to settle the bill for this and extras during your stay, as opposed to on check out like every other hotel in the world. Overall there are more positives than negatives but room for improvement
