Just returned from a family holiday. What stands out most was the staff, they were all EXCELLENT . Lovely people. There is lots to do for kids aqua park, entertainment at pool and evening. The beach is a short stroll, it is spacious and simply stunning! Ages 8 to 80 in our group all had a great time. Thank you
Despite Corona, we spent our family vacation in this hotel this year. From the airport in Heraklion it took us 1:30 hours with a private transfer. The hotel is very nice, very clean and has nice pools and a new aqua park. The rooms are also clean and functional. We had all-inclusive and were very satisfied with the food and drinks. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Despite the Corona measures, it did not restrict us on our vacation, the hotel implemented it very well. We would like to have the opportunity to have dinner outside and sometimes the street noise at the main pool is a bit loud. But otherwise we can unreservedly recommend the hotel for family vacations.
Amazing place for a whole family. Aqua park great entertainment for kids and adults also. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Food delicious! Just few steps from the sea! Everything is clean and taking care of. Had a relaxing massage in SPA! My family and I had unforgettable holidays! Big Thank you Georgioupolis Resort staff for taking care of us😁
We stayed here for 2 weeks all inclusive. The hotel is lovely and is very clean. There is a beach across the road. Food is OK only. Breakfast not great. They have theme food nights which need to be booked well in advance which we didn't know:barbeque was amazing. We stayed in a bungalow which was very basic and definitely not 5 star. The spa is lovely and I had a lovely massage. You have to pay to use jacuzzi and sauna which were fabulous. There isn't alot to do at hotel and my son was bored. Also very few other kids there. Alot of tours and older couples especially Germans. Entertainment at night was good. All inclusive didn't cover all the drinks. I had to pay for a different wine as I didn't like the one that was included in all inclusive. There isn't much around the hotel. There is a village you can get taxi to for €7 one way which is expensive. It isn't worth your while getting a bus as you'd be better off walking by the time you walk to bus stop and walk from bus stop into town. There isn't much in the village but it's a change from the hotel. I couldn't find a laundrette anywhere. Hotel prices were crazy for this. I did get a bus into larger town which was nice and they have a good selection of shops etc. Overall it was enjoyable but I wouldn't go back. My son was bored which was a pity. All staff were lovely except for a few on reception which in my opinion were definitely not suited to reception at all. Crete is beautiful but maybe not this area.…
Stay at end of season , so most of outdoor activities closed , however we have enjoyed this nice hotel . Good service , breakfeast and dinner with lot of choice , room have lot of space , very clean and quiet , small bungalows scattered in large park/garden
