The rooms are spacious. The hotel is very clean. In addition, the service was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel in Northern Israel. Great view. Friday night dinner was delicious . Close to shopping center.
So expensive. Bad room. Awful service. What we experienced would be okay for 20-50 dollars per night, it was unacceptable for the high price they charged us. Here are some of the things we were disappointed by: 1. Staff so laid back you can’t tell if they are staff or guests - playing with their cell phones most of the time etc 2. Rude cleaners 3. Rude life guard at the pool 4. Pool only open until 5pm 5. There was toilet paper floating through the pool 6. Breakfast disappointing compared to cheaper hotels in Jerusalem/Tel Aviv (stale bread, no vegan milks etc) 7. Waitress at breakfast had finger nails longer than vultures’ claws 8. Bar always closed. If you want any food or drink during the day you have to leave the hotel and go to the shopping mall down the road 9. Carpets in lobby all stained 10. The entire place stunk of poo for 12 hours 11. They don’t make up your room unless you demand it 12. Showers are hard to turn on. When they do turn on they flood the entire bathroom 13. No hair dryer 14. No iron. No ironing board. 15. No bed side tables. No night lights. No plug sockets near bed. 16. No room service. 17. Curtains too small for the windows, veryyyy bright room very early in the morning (see pics)…
we booked 23 to 25 .4 room 3 of then 1 floor.around 21 being with small grand childrens an un suportable noise came from loby floor.we went down and asked to lower the music. the employ told us that within an half an hour rts all ends. but was not true. we asked gently to chage us the room . and the answer was there are not avaiable ones. we said hotel empty . not much cars or buses. and we did not like it we stood al the loby insisiting on changing rooms and if not we shall live the hotel.to make long stories short all the suden the employ gave us keys to another 3 room floor 3 .we felt bad . how ugly is the behavour and how bad the service. we are not recommendig to book this poor ugly hotel. will neve ever come again.
Stay away! Worst experience. Probably was a good hotel quite a few years ago. The room was dirty and extremely badly maintained. The service was nonexistent, we had a problem in the room, called the reception a few times, every time they said someone is on their way but nobody ever came. To wrap things up, during breakfast, before the breakfast time was over, all the cleaning or cooking staff sat down to eat with the guests
We stayed at the hotel from Sunday to Wednesday (three nights), on a basis of B and B. The room was very spacious, with a very nice view to the neighboring green fields and the Turkish aqueduct. The service and staff were pleasant and attentive. The swimming pool was unusually big and welcoming. The buffet breakfast (assisted by a staff member due to the Covid-19 restrictions) was excellent as well. Overall, a very pleasant stay. The hotel is located about 2.4 kilometers from a beautiful beach in Shavei Tzion, and a very short distance from Acre (do not miss the Citadel!) and Nahariya, as well as many attractions in the Northern Galilee. Overall, a wonderul experience, the hotel is a hidden gem to be discovered (located next to the Regba Big Mall).
Fantastic location, walking distance to shopping and restaurants zone. Very large family rooms, great staff, few minutes from beach , amazing view.. definitely worth a visit . Prices are depends on days and room type, I found it attractive
great location, easy for travel for the seacoast and to the west galilee, amazingly pleasant stuff, everything we needed was taking care of, the best food I ever had in Hotel, fresh and delicious, Highly recommended
We stayed for two nights with a group touring Israel. The hotel is by a shopping mall a few kilometres outside Nahariya. Reception was efficient but not particularly welcoming. Our superior double room was large but sparsely furnished - only one side of the bed had a table and a light, only one chair, no hairdryer (we had to ask reception for one). But the bed was comfortable, the shower worked fine, there was a kettle and coffee. The breakfast buffet was very good, but we were surprised on the second day to be told that they had run out of bread for the toaster. In summary it has the makings of a good hotel, but for it needs a smile from the receptionist and some more furniture in the bedrooms to get to 4 stars.
The Hotel located nearby a wedding place, so unless it is weekend one should expect considerable noise until the very late hours of the night. The hotel is fine, rooms were clean yet maintenance could be better. Like the shower draining was clogged, bedside light wasn't working. It is a shame. Breakfast was fine. Some rooms have sea view which is nice.
i stayed 6 month ago at the Aqueduct Hotel and now was my second time. it's just getting better...i really liked the atmosphere, really great service and staff. the room was really clean and so the public areas. tasty breakfast. will defiantly come again in the future.
