Had a meal with 15 work colleagues. Person taking meal orders fumbled mixed up cards and charged for wrong orders. Took nearly 40 minutes standing in line to order a pretty ordinary meal. Service was very quick after that tho.

We really don't think that this hotel is suitable for anyone with mobility problems - we could be wrong - we were very happy with our room but it was only accessed by stairs as most seemed to be! Access from car park was quite steep and uneven.We think that there must be an alternative venue near by more suitable - check with Tourists Information? Colin
