This place has amazing potential. The location is incredible, the accommodations are suitable, majority of staff are super friendly and the pub has good food. It's pretty sad that one unprofessional Marina Manager ruins it for everything/everyone else. I have never been treated with such disrespect and lack of professionalism on any trip I have ever been on. Or in...

My girlfriend and I visited here the other day to rent a pair of wave runners for an hour. It cost $201 or so for the pair for an hour, which was fine. They also put a $2000 hold on my credit card, which is also fine, I guess. I remember when it used to be a $1000 hold for...

I rented a boat twice while on vacation. They take put a $1000 hold on your credit card. Which is fine. What they don't tell you is the hold is on your credit card for 10 days, even after the boat is checked in ok. I rented twice and have $2000 I can't use on my credit card for 10...

I was driving down here to meet relatives for a spot of lunch on the resort pub, we were coming from Vernon, and were on the lookout for a sign post, we were told it was near Tim Horton's, we saw Tim Horton's, we saw a signpost, but it turned out to be after the turn where the place was,...

We were there over the weekend. The property is nice but on this particular day it actually smelled like hot garbage or overflowed sewage. We didn't say there (thankfully) but rather came to rent some SeaDoos on the marina. The guys there were friendly, knowlegable and helpful. The seadoos were in great condition. We had a great time and the...

I made reservations in May to rent condos for September to accommodate family and friends during our daughters wedding. I booked an additional room in July which also was accepted, with "looking forward to your visit in September" from them. Now, less than a month to check in I have found out that all our reservations (4 condos) had been...

What a great weekend was had, there was 3 couples that shared the lake facing room we had rented for the weekend. We had a fridge, stove and microwave, that's all we needed. I had a private room with a comfy Queen size bed. We had a ground floor room with a small patio to enjoy a morning coffee and...

We stayed at the Turtle Bay Marina resort last summer. The place was much more like an apartment and we had plenty of space for our 3 kids. They liked having large Queen/double bunk beds, as they are teenagers with really long legs. It was nice to have a full kitchen so that we could eat with lots of room...

Located on Wood Lake and close to many vinyards, U.B.C.O, and Kelowna. We stayed in a very roomy two bedroom condo facing the water. The rooms were very well equipped and clean. It was very quiet considering you had boats coming and going and also a pub at the other end of the marina. The manager/owner Jeanina was very accommodating and...
