Welcome to The Wharf Housekeeping Suites by New London Bay Motel. Your hosts, Al and Michelle Smith give you a warm welcome to scenic French River. The property is a duplex 2 bedroom cottage that can be adjoining into one 4 bedroom cottage. Each 2 bedroom unit has a full kitchen, 3 piece bath with shower, a queen bed in each bedroom. Wifi, satellite TV, BBQ. Many restaurants, beautiful beaches all within minutes.

There are only two units. Both have two bedrooms with nice firm queen mattresses. The bathroom is a bit small but the kitchen, dining room is just right. It is very, very clean. Like almost every country inn in PEI, this has well water. It's tested and absolutely safe. AND, the water is delicious! The units are in the prettiest area of the islance (Anne's Land). They are located near Cousins Shore and French River Beach---both very nice beaches open to the public Also near the iconic Cape Tryon Lighthouse, Green Gables Museum, Lucy M. Montgomery's birthplace, etc., etc. It's basically near everything you will be coming to the island for. The units are modestly priced and have full kitchens with everything you need to cook. Go to LC Fisheries up the road and buy your lobster/fish, clams/mussels there and bring back and cook or bbq! Thanks to Mr. Duggin, the owner, we had a great time!

Excellent and quite location, there are two units. We stayed in a two bedroom very comfortable and cozy. The owner was very kind and informative. He took the time to explain all the nearby sites and places to eat. Very well equipped kitchen.

Stayed at this cute little cottage for 2 nights with another couple. It was small, but just enough space for the 4 of us. The bathroom was pretty small. You had to turn sideways to enter it, but the shower was wonderful and had lots of pressure.
The host went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He was very available and even had a white board with cute messages he wrote for you daily. He was definitely a super host!
This place was CLEAN! Nothing in sight. You can tell he takes great care of this vacation property.
It’s pretty central in the island and everything is only a couple hours away. We decided to stay because we were planning on seeing all of the Lucy Maud Montgomery/Anne of Green Gables and it was just a short ride away.
We even seen Foxes!
I would absolutely stay here again!
