I stayed in Hotel Zur Post for 3 weeks for work and so it's been like home for a little while. Where can I start: this hotel is right in front of the train station of Sankt Valentin, so you don't have to take any taxi or other for the hotel. Even if it's in front of the OBB, during the night you don't see any noise and you can sleep very well! The Staff was amazin, for every need they were there to help you and to solve problems. They always had a smile on the face and it's a thing I really like to see in the morning. I had my room on the second floor and it was simply amazing: big bed with huge tb screen on the wall, a desk with a chair, two wardrobe for clothes and stuff. The bathroom was big with the radiator under the floor: the best thing to feel in the morning and big shower. The breakfast was various and you can find everything you want. The hotel offers also the laundry service (really useful if you have to stay for long time), a restaurant, a bar. WiFi connection all over the place and worked very very well. It's possible to leave the luggage during the last day. I recommend this hotel because they are able to make you feel at home. I'll back for sure.

Stopped in St Valentine for a break on our drive from Salzburg to Vienna. Made the right choice! Staff very friendly, menu diverse and we were appreciative of the fact that there were English descriptions of the menu items. The beef goulash was excellent as was the fried perch. Portions were just right. Desserts fabulous! Had the maroni torte and the malakoff torte. Franz the owner was very polite and accommodating. His English is very good. Prices were reasonable.

Price was really reasonable, room and bathroom pretty nice and well equipped and breakfast included in price with lots of tasty options. Everything I needed for my stay. Maybe only for dinner, quite few options, but I was still able to choose and have a good meal.

Very nice family run hotel! Staff were very kind. Rooms are recently renovated and very clean. Supringsly there was no balcony in our superior room. Nice restaurant opens at 5 pm. Good breakfast with all dishes you can wish. Parking lot for guests is an advantage.
