Stayed first week of Feb 2017 - we arrived just as the snow started which was a good sign! The hotel is lovely - we had a superior room which was a good size with plenty of storage. Large clean bathroom and comfy bed - all boxes ticked there. The staff were friendly and helpful on arrival and throughout our...

I had booked 4 rooms and all of them were of a very high standard. The staff were always very helpful and let us have lunch instead of dinner on the last day at no extra charge. It is a slight walk to the slopes about 150 metres which was not a chore, even for me with a bad knee!...

This is a confortable and cozy hotel in the Dolomites. The Declara family pays attention to every small detail to make the stay the most enjoyable. Great logding, great food, great personel! The hotel is a few meters away from the slopes in a very convenient location. The spa is very well equiped and we did rest there every afternoon...

My family of three grown children and a friend stayed a week at this amazing hotel last fall. The rooms were so comfortable with fantastic views and we could not wait to see the menu of the day. The food was outstanding. It goes without saying that the staff made us feel like family. I am so grateful for their...

Stayed 2 weeks in the self catering residence villa which was perfect. We booked the south facing which gives the moutain views - these apartments are excellent, spotlessly clean with the maids cleaning everyday and making up beds emptying bins. The provisions for self catering was excellent with plenty of crockery, pans cutlery etc - the use of the wellness...

Spent 6 nights in this hotel - the room was spacious and comfortable; the staff friendly and the food was out of this world - 5 course dinners with 3 choices of starters and mains included in the half board price and a huge buffet breakfast. Well located for walking in the area. If one were to quibble it would...

We stayed at the Gran Ciasa for 3 nights. The room was good, the hotel very clean, service excellent. The food was very good, but not top shelf. The spa was wonderful. All in all, I recommend this hotel.

“There were 6 of us, 1 couple had a standard room, one a comfort room, & 1 a suite. The standard room is good but doesnt have a bath only a shower. The other rooms were everything we required. (no body lotion or shampoo though!!) hairdryer on the wall, not so good if you need to blow dry your hair with a brush, take your own drier.”
