Hosts Debbie & George were both friendly & helpful - down to booking a restaurant for our first night or offering a cup of tea on our return. Or simply offering recommendations as to where to go. The house is beautiful & spacious - with a comfortable guest lounge & library, and a pleasant morning room for breakfast. Breakfast caters...

A perfect place to get away from it all, in pleasant surroundings and very comfortable rooms. The hosts were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and for places to visit and eat. After starting the day with a perfectly presented and tasty breakfast the hotel was ideally located for visits to number of famous castles or beaches. A place...

Northumberland is a stunning part of the UK and well worth a visit. Debbie and George really know how to offer splendid hospitality; the roaring logs fires are wonderful, the freshly cooked breakfasts are a treat and come with excellent coffee and there's a lovely welcoming pot of tea and home made cake when you arrive. So thoughtful. The bedrooms...
