I recently stayed at Witherdens Hall, in the cottage, and it was pure bliss - a home away from home. Just what I needed to get away from my particularly hectic schedule and rather stressful time. What I wanted from my trip: (Witherdens Hall ticked all boxes!): 1. Spend time on my own for some peace and quiet, not in...

I have stayed in The Suite twice now (one long and one short visit) and it is really worth it. The peaceful, hidden spot, the wonderful people who run it, and the many amenities (spa, pool, you can arrange massages, etc.) make it really special. I had a look at the apartment (with washing machine, sitting room, bedrooms) and it...

We have just returned from a most peaceful retreat, where Craig, Louise, Marietta and all the staff were so helpful and welcoming. We felt so comfortable even with our restricted requirements. It's such a cosy, comfortable and clean cottage, with everything we could want for, to the highest standards. The spa was so clean and relaxing. The treatment rooms were...

My first time here at Witherdens Hall and was so lucky that they had such a late availability. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful and the accommodation is done out very nicely! The space is light, clean, very quaint, warm and cosy! A home away from home! Louise and her Team are so friendly, welcoming and have been so accommodating...

I booked us a short break in the Retreat as a birthday treat for my wife. We loved the setting, the friendly people, the clean and peaceful accommodation, the spa facilities and the wider area (easy access to coasts, historic places and good Kentish pubs). My wife had surprise hot stone massage and reflexology sessions which were amazing, and we...

My family and I have just returned from a great break in the retreat cottage at Witherdens. Simply love the tranquility and accommodation that provides all you need for a short getaway. We especially loved the organic breakfast left for us and the very best freshly baked spelt bread I have ever tasted. Thank you again for accommodating all our...

I really enjoyed the few days I spent at Witherdens Hall for a Pilates retreat. Set in quintessential Kent countryside, the property has a very relaxed feel about it, was very clean, modern and spacious. We met the owners who were very welcoming and the three dogs are lovely and affectionate! Good quality, fresh, locally resourced, vegetarian food was also...

Very caring staff made this an easy and relaxing break for me. The property was spotless and the treatment (massage) I had was excellent. I'm planning on returning maybe at the end of the year. I stayed for a weekend but could easily have stayed a week.

We used Witherden's Hall for our company awayday recently. It is a great venue with lots of space, great garden and it's own kitchen. There is also accommodation available if you have any delegates who need to stay over. I had two people stay and they enjoyed the accommodation and tranquillity.
