It's something you need to experience, it's like you would travel to your family for a ski holiday. You don't miss out on anything at this hotel and the employees and owner are so helpful and kind. Fantastic cuisine and service (5 Star). This is our 4th time and we love it. Everything is organized for you and the kids. The wellness section where kids also can access, the gym room for the kids, the spa (massages, manicure etc) there is also a kinder garden if the kids don't want to ski they can hang out all day. The ski bus picking and bringing the kids to the ski school. All you can wish for they have it. They even have a pet zoo that comes by to the hotel!!!! Incredible, I'm always relaxed after these holidays! Thank you very much for your great service!!!

Our family (3 years old child) spent one week there at the beginning of February 2020. The snow was only on ski lines, but we had so great time in the hotel and in the village. Even ski lessons for our child for the first time (he does not speak English or Germany), he was happy with those lessons and all staff and stuff in kid clubs. The very good and friendly atmosphere everywhere in the hotel. Definitely, we will visit again.

We spent a full week at the end of February 2020 in the Brennseehof Hotel. We just loved it. We had a family suite with 2 bedrooms + half board. Brennseehof is the ideal concept for our family (3 children - 4, 10, 12) as every employee is focused on making kids, teenagers & parents happy & relaxed. Ski lift passes & ski equipment rental are arranged within the hotel which makes the holiday start easy & smooth. This is also an economical solution. Breakfasts, afternoon tea & dinners were excellent. Great dishes every evening with fish/meat/veg options. Impressive wine list with amazing Austrian wines recommended by Reinhardt, a professional advisor and a gentleman. The kids enjoyed nice buffet with various, balanced & healthy possibilities every day. The employees taking care of the younger kids (all day long) are experienced professionals, which is critical for smaller kids who do not ski all day. Happy children make relaxed parents. Lots of various activities are planned everyday. There is a small dedicated ski area for young beginners with a carpet lift in front of the hotel (at extra cost), which is managed by the same Hotel team taking care of the kids. The real ski area (Bad Kleinkirchheim) is located 15min away by shuttle bus (free) or with your own car. This was a nice ski resort for our family. The hotel management managed to find a place for our youngest child at the morning ski course - although it was theoretically fully booked. I would recommend to book ski courses in advance (through the hotel team - it is then cheaper!) especially during the school holiday period of February. Last but not least, the wellness area of the hotel is stunning with various inside & outside (heated) pools, jacuzzis, saunas... The 5 of us enjoyed it a lot every evening after ski. We highly recommend the Brennseehof Hotel. We were impressed by the commitment of the entire Hotel Team. Such family run businesses make a real difference and deserve positive feedbacks.

The hotel itself was very nice - especially thew room that we had which had a seperate upstairs which housed our 3 children. The hotle family owners could not have done anymore to make our holiday as good as it was. Barbara organsied our familty ski lessons while Stephanie sorted our ski hire and modes of transport. All part of a fantastic service. The hotel itself is about a 15 minute drive in a free shuttle bus to the slopes but this is not a real problem. just be aware that if you are going out skiing all day you will miss out on the hotel lunch. All in all the price of this hotel does reflet that it is not directly on the ski slopes but I would still highly recommned a stay there due to excellent service and kid friendly atmosphere.

The first time we came to Brennseehof was in 2009! We had been coming back both in summer and in winter since then. We love it there, there is always something to do! Skiing, Ice skating, Hiking, Swimming, Tennis, Wind surfing, and so much more! The hotel has an incredible friendly staff, so you feel completely at home and completely pampered cause they take care of absolutely everything. We are totally spoiled by the great food, the great massages, the great atmosphere. The hotel is run by a wonderful family, and you can totally tell the great difference that makes. It is a bit like being a guest in their home, so you can see how much love they bring to the place, taking care of every single detail! An absolute paradise in the south of Austria. We are looking forward to going back!
