My wife and I chose this venue because they never hesitated to accept our doggy when we phoned them. Apart from a small problem in finding the house, we found to our delight that we had been allocated their fully equipped self-catering period cottage with it's own garden and patio. Ideal for Rocky - and us! Very comfortable clean and... More

Nadia and Roland are very welcoming and we felt relaxed and at home during our stay. The bedroom was lovely with en-suite facilities and Nadia provides a lovely breakfast with cereal, fresh fruit, yogurts and bread and toast and choices of juice along with a cooked breakfast. I would recommend Heritage Guest House to anyone. Will definitely stay again if... More

We spent 2 nights at the guest house in September. What a wonderful establishment. Comfortable rooms (Olive Suite) , neat & clean. The breakfast was delightful. The only issue was that the breakfast staff can be more friendly and they were a bit noisy in the kitchen next to the dining area.

We had to stay in Queenstown for business and the facility was recommended by colleagues who stay there regularly and also stayed there on the same night. We were welcomed on arrival and I immediately felt at home. I stayed in the Penthouse (a flatlet that will allow some self catering but that is not really suitable for that). The... More

Admittedly our booking at Heritage was very last-minute and perhaps there are better rooms - but the one that we had (on 2 floors - a sort-of 'lounge' and a kitchenette below (it felt like a passage-way) and a bedroom above (which was very pokey) was rather depressing and also very cold on a chilly Queenstown night. We probably did... More

Traveling all the way to Queenstown was a blissful experience thanks to the warm welcome from the hosts - making this a home from home. From the great service, to the comfortable, clean, spacious and modern rooms, to the tasty and large portions and selection of all meals and further more to the immaculate garden and environment! This was value... More

I stayed here last month and requested a self catering room which we were offered at R775.20 for one night, for a 'luxury' room. The room was fine but as far as self catering goes, I expected more than a microwave, kettle and some plates, knives and forks. I had to ask to borrow 2 wine glasses and a toaster.... More

Rather try Tranquil Guest House or Lavender Lane who are around the corner. Lost is the attention to detail; no chocolate on your pillow when you get back from work anymore, gone is the Bruce and Linda legacy. The Penthouse and Loft rooms are overpriced and creeky. When they fully they book you into other guesthouses and score some little... More

During our road trip to Grahamstown, we spent a night at this lovely guest house. Clean linen and soft and fluffy white towels let's you know that they give attention to detail. The rooms are very spacious and the garden impeccably neat. The room is ideal for self catering as well with a small but well equipped kitchen nook. I... More
