We spent some days here after staying in Serifos's old Chora, and although I like to stay at mountain top villages I have to admit that there’s something brilliantly lazy in having a beach holiday instead. And this hotel is literally on the beach. The best thing about this is that you don’t have to make plans with your partner...

We spent 5 nights at the Hotel Boulis, then travelled to other islands and decided to add 2 nights on our return to Athens. The Hotel Boulis is tucked away behind a sandy beach in the bay of Kamares. The village of Kamares is surrounded by volcanic outcrops with splendid peaks and valleys. From the balconies of the Hotel Boulis we...

We didn't actually stay at the hotel (but it looked pleasant enough) however, we did eat in the restaurant on several occasions whilst visiting Sifnos on holiday. The food there was superb, fresh, tasty and the atmostphere was relaxing and traditional Greece if that's what your looking for. The cats where very well behaved (which is unusual in Greece too)....

We stayed here for a fortnight with our 3 children and were so sorry to have to leave at the end - we had a wonderful stay. Everything was easy and 'no problem', our room was a good size for all of us (double bed and a bunk bed and a cot for the baby) and cleaned and beds changed...

I spent five nights at Hotel Boulis and wish I'd booked a longer stay. Lyn, the Australian woman who runs the hotel with her husband, is exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The hotel is in the perfect location right on the beachfront at Kamares, the port town in Sifnos. The rooms were kept spotless and made up every day, there is...

This was our first visit to Sifnos and we chose to stay in Kamares because of its proximity to the ferry. In retrospect I would probably have gone for one of the other villages as the beaches are more open and the towns a bit quainter. that said, we had a lovely stay at Boulis. Lyn is lovely and tries...

Boulis hotel is located in an excellent position as you are just 30 meters away from Kamares beach. You just leave the hotel's corridor and you are at the beach which makes it an excellent location for families with kids. All activity at Kamares is 5 min on foot (restaurants, cafe, shops). Another plus of this charming hotel is the...

This is a great affordable, beachfront option. The continental breakfast is served on the hotel's lovely beachfront patio. The hotel is in easy walking distance from the restaurant/shopping street and about a quarter mile from the ferry -- an easy walk with luggage. Lynn, the owner, and staff work hard to accommodate. Beds not that comfortable, and showers small, but...

We stayed for 8 nights at hotel Boulis and fully enjoyed it there. The location is really just 5 minutes from the Kamares Port and about 20 meters from the beach. All staff members are very welcoming and helpful with whatever concern you might have. Lyn, the manager, is a really sensitive host who makes you feel comfortable from the...

Excellent quality price ratio, position, breakfast, quite, kindness. Boules allowed an early morning swimming before breakfast which is a great start of the day in Sifnos. Also included a taverna which I have never tried as I fell in love with Captain Andreas taverna few meters far from the hotel
