Never had the opportunity to face the worst service ever. But then there is always a first time. To think of a so called 3 start resort doing would be a shocker for all as it was for me. It is far away from the sea beach and the approach road is very bad.Once we entered the campus we found it very descent, spacious and comfortable. The front desk people were excellent in service. But some staff at the lower level were always expecting tips for their services rendered. The room was good but the cot had a curved...

Me and my husband spent 3 nights in palm resort digha...there are both up and down sides of this resort.. Good points..lovely pool well maintained..pool attendent always present..room size big with a bedroom and small attached room..service was good helpful staff...nice garden..atmosphere was pleasant...view from the pool facing rooms was awesome...do take roomd on first floor facing pool..best ones..they allow...

The most horrible resort experience in recent past. The rooms were damp and without proper ventilation. When complained about the same, their excuse was that such things are expected during monsoon season!!! The recreation room is under renovation. The jacuzzi adjacent swimming pool is out of order. The Palm Resort is a nice place to stay at Old Digha. Dear All, If you are looking for a week end trip, go to Digha & stay there at Palm Resort. The location is 500-600 m away from beach. But The Resort is clean & calm. No noise & crowd. Additionally , you can have swimming pool. But it does not require. As you go digha & there is biggest swimming...
