Had spent 2 Nights and 3 Days at Norling Retreat.We enjoyed a lot there in a very peaceful and hyginic ambiance. The staffs are well behaved & the Manager was very cooperative.Thank you Norling for the beautiful moments.😄

On day one when we checked into the hotel and went to the room, we were appalled by the quality of the room....it was dingy...the basin in the bathroom had no pipe to dispose off the water so kept dripping onto the feet...the flush wasnt working....the curtains were fancily designed to let lots of light in even when completely drawn across the windows, their designer didnt take the consideration of the visitors in a place where it starts becoming light at 4.30am in summer. When we requested for a change of room, the person at the reception very clearly told us that we will not get a change of room and if we didnt like it, we could leave and go to some other hotel. He knew that it was peak season and the chances of getting another room was remote. The only saving grace was the awesome view of the snow-capped mountains and the sunrise turns the snow golden and its beautiful. Unless you are severely, constrained by budget (which we weren't and even now we wonder why we booked this place), please avoid this place completely.…

Had booked 4 rooms 4 months in advance. Called on the day we were to check in. Were told they had overbooked only after we landed at the reception. Tried to arrange rooms in other hotels and we had a poor experience. Not recommended at all due to the unprofessional and unreliable nature. This is my only review on TripAdvisor till date with such a low rating.
