Hotel staff and service is excellent. Beautifully designed small hotel, but classy. Receptionist neha was warm and welcoming and provided us with good service. Exterior view is awesome. Highly recommended.

10 of us along with kids from 3 families stayed in this hotel during 31dec to 1st Jan 2021 and we had fabulous time at this hotel. Staff are quite courteous and extended warm hospitality from room service, house keeping and restaurants. The front desk officer , Neha is excellent girl and helpful. On 31st night when none of the taxi drivers are refusing to ply , she has arranged car using her contacts for travel to and from Hotel mid night. God bless the staff .

Must visit, everything is good, except few things such window panes are not fully entact, so one will feel cold if not using heater, food was awesome. Receptionist Neha is super supportive, Praveen from house keeping department was super nice. I recommend everyone to visit once.

Had a marvelous time at Olive Hotel and Spa. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pelling. Within budget, accessible and friendly staff. Even the veg food is delicious. Will surely come and stay here again.
