Food and hospitality was really nice. Helpful staff who offered desktop for urgent office assignment.Clean rooms. One suggestion, window panes should be closed. Hotel is situated on main road and has very nice view of mountains.
We really liked the service... Hospitality was appreciable, very cooperative staffs. Would look forward to revisit whenever we go again to that destination.i would also like to compliment about breakfast, it was delicious and hygienic. Very good service. Staffs are all the time very cooperative. Moreover view from hotel is mesmerizing..
Just a waste of money ... no hot water .... no proper working heater..... terrible in house foood .... the staff add up to make your hotel stay more horrible !! I regret i made this decision and spoiled my vacation ... although we checked out the next day ! Believe me this hotel is fake and nothing like that is shown in the photos !
We enjoyed our recent stay. Rooms and Food were perfect Food, Cars and Drivers were perfect. We were alloted Rooms with very good view. They strictky follow Covid guidelines, thank you Prabhash who took care of our food nicely.
We travel pelling 8-10 dec. Before this we booked another hotel from a online site but last moment our booking was cancelled by them. So we booked this property same day. And we all are so happy because we are on a family trip and ladies and kids were with us. But main thing is hotel is awesome with rooftop bar and ground floor restaurant. Food is also delicious here. All rooms have complimentary room heater , green tea , water bottle and all necessary things. Overall very nice experience we have here.
