Have used this hotel three to four times a year since it opened. It however has gone downhill. Just had a one night stay at been very disappointed. On arrival I found that the disabled parking bays were full but not with blue badge holders, there were work vans and a car which I was informed belonged to a staff member. Once in my room I found only one bath towel despite a booking for a couple. I managed to get another as the cleaners had left a cart in the hall with replacement towels on. I noticed that the level of cleaning has gone downhill. The cover strip on the bed was soiled with stains on it. The bathroom was not cleaned fully as the area behind the door has not been cleaned for a while. We could not use the sink in the bathroom as the plug was jammed so the sink would not empty. Another small thing was the fact that the number of clothes hangers were down to only four. Obviously if these things are not reported then they never going to be put right. Only glad that on my next visit to Winerish I will be able to use the new Premiere Inn. It's so sad to see a good hotel go downhill so fast. …

The room carpet has obviously been bleached after some one had been sick all over the room. Noisy corridor door from the lift, every time someone came from the stairs/lifts from the corridor the door banged shut and woke me up.

Had a really great stay with family. The staffs (Peter and Bichari) were very pleasant and lovely to deal with, excellent customer service through and through. Definitely will be back to stay here again for next family trip to Reading.

Clean, quiet room. Great price £31 for the night. Shower a bit fiddly and the bottom of the shower curtain was grim but otherwise everything else was spot on. Nice reception staff. Didn't use the restaurant but it looked nice

Visited a few hotels on my travels around the UK for dart competitions and I’ve never came across two people who made me and my wife feel so welcome Bichari and Peter from Winnersh Travelodge are the most welcoming people I’ve ever met

I recently visited this hotel and have to say I was really impressed. The place was very clean and the staff were very friendly and warm and welcoming, especially the staff that greeted me upon arrival Gabriella and SuJan. They made me feel very welcome and they were very helpful and made me feel relaxed. I also had the luxury of eating and have to say the breakfast was especially good and lots of selection and variety. I highly recommend to anybody who wants a lovely comfortable stay at this hotel that this is definitely one to use. I will definitely be coming to visit again very soon.

The travel lodge never let's us down ! We have stayed for a number of years after a visit to the sps nearby . The reception staff are friendly and always accommodate our room requests! The rooms themselves are spotless and comfortable. It also offers great value for money !

I have stay in this Hotel many times, it is always a lovely experience at all time...the rooms are very comfortable and clean,,,And also the breakfast is another magic experience...ii is a buffet and that contain everything i mean everything you could think of, and even though am not staying i still go there for my breakfast sometimes...while i am there i met this lovely staffs GABRIELA and SUJAN...This guys will always make you feel welcome at all time...Bravo to them.

Honestly love staying at this Travelodge. I've stayed at a few before that feel just awful to be in - dirty, cold, lifeless. The winnersh blew my mind - so much more cosy, warm and friendly, especially if you get a super room. I have to say a huge thank you to Bichari because I can be quite fussy and he made sure that I checked in to a room that was of my liking and didn't make me feel silly at all! Super friendly and absolutely made this experience even better <3 Thanks so much!
